I would definitely stay there again. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was good....scrambled eggs, sausages, bagles, fruit, and waffles and other items. Parking w as also good.

Good location, the man who checked us in could do with some customer service training, very miserable as though he didn't want to be there. Breakfast had a good selection. Hotel a bit tired, but overall it was ok.

A very comfortable stay after the Grand Canyon visit. Williams is a cute town on Route 66, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We enjoyed everything.

Enjoyed our stay, wish they had a workout room. The indoor pool was the warmest pool I've ever been in which was fantastic. The room was clean and we slept comfortably. Elevator was not centrally located so, we used the stairs instead.

It was very conveniently located. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. They also had a nice little coffee room with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day. Breakfast was good. Nothing I didn’t like.
