Balinese style gardens, peaceful and quite atmosphere. The more we explored, we found new things. Rooms were good Communication level of some staff at reception needs to improve.

Nothing When I entered the hotel, I don’t see the logo or name of the hotel, looks so dirty, not organized, greenery not trimmed, no ambiance, Staff was ok but they asked us to sign paper - money not refundable etc, this is not hotel I felt, main door of my room was broken, They used horrible air freshener to mask the bad smell, mix ed and more horrible, everywhere was mold, cups were dirty, toilet looks like military toilet, only pool looks fancy that’s all, I read about hotel that people complained about ghost and not good energy, I felt this before entering. I think owner of this place is not thinking about cleaning. We trapped as other tourists for fancy photos and cheap price but reality was so different

I really like the facilities and service from the staff I didnt really like the lack of food options in the restaurant or the cocktails, only Pizza was available

If you pay by credit or debit card, they charge an additional 2%. So to avoid this fee, we had to pay in cash.

The staff were amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious and organization for tours and bikes was perfect! Especially Princess was always very sweet and helped us a lot! Thanks for a great time! :) Room Humidity could be a bit lower but in general that’s fine!

The decor is a little dated but you can look past that with the gardens, pools and staff. Walking distance to shops and easy access to taxis. Ubud central is roughly 15 minutes away but is way bigger than it looks so definitely need a few trips to hit all the shops and restaurants. Andost importantly take more than you think you need in cash. Withdrawals at 5% of your currency and the nearest ATM in 5 mins down the road the Element Hotel Will definitely come back to stay The restaurant needs to add a few more options to the menu as far as the breakfasts go, but the fruit and French toast was always fresh.

Helpful staff , nice garden & overall comfortable stay. Room is nice The bathroom had a strong bad smell that didn’t fade away during our 1 week stay. Location is a bit far from center , but not a big deal just 5 min ride

Very good stay at this resort. The rooms were great and clean. Staff was very kind and friendly. Area was clean, safe and peaceful. Reception staff (specifically Princess) were very helpful and polite. The toilets were blocked once but they immediately responded and apologised and commented for improvements. I would highly recommend anyone to have their experience.

Just a bit far from central Ubud. Only $10 in a taxi, but at least a 20 minute walk
