Lokasari Retreat

The staff was very good. Excellent breakfast provided by the Hotel. Nothing much. Just that the doors were little difficult to close & lock.

Peaceful and quiet. Rooms are spacious and a lovely pool Could be updated a little bit more

Lokasari is a gem right on one of the main roads in Ubud. I was here on a short visit to help care for my daughter who was very sick and staying at Lokasari helped make a difficult time actually pleasant. The staff is great. The property is very clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable (although they could use more comfortable chairs in the rooms) and my grandson absolutely loved the pool. The traffic noise completely disappeared when I closed my door except for a few very loud vehicles No complaints!

The staff was wonderful. There was an issue that was actually the way Booking worded some communications and not the hotel's fault. They actually called Booking to resolve it and included me in that phone call. It showed a lot of integrity. Breakfast is available. They deliver it right to your room! They have a pool which was nice to cool off in in the evening. It happened to be my birthday when I was there, and they surprised me with a little birthday cake complete with a candle and sang Happy Birthday! It was very kind, sweet and thoughtful. Very special <3 it would be nice to have a more shelves and hooks to hang thing on - in both the bathroom and the room itself

The place itself was lovely quiet and clean with good food. but the staff experience was disappointing. When we arrived, no one was at reception; we were told the staff member had gone for dinner and we had to wait. Later, we asked for a late check-out and were told it was fine (even we offered to pay but he said it’s free) but the person didn’t inform the next shift. departing day, we were asked to leave at 12 pm just as we returned to the villa, even though our flight was in the evening. We felt rushed, couldn’t shower or pack comfortably, and it spoiled the mood. Also, there are no security cameras at reception, which felt a bit unprofessional and lacking in basic oversight.

We had a great stay! It is located in a peaceful area that made us enjoy our stay in the room and their facilities. Hotel staff were so accomodating and cleaned the room everyday. The room and bed were big! There is a small issue with our door. The toilet has a smell but we solved it with air freshening.

I like the staff, the place, the environment. It was peaceful and aesthetic. I really liked my stay.

The atmosphere is so relaxed, good pool view Room is clean and big Location not far to Ubud night market. My door knob is broken and have to fix by technician at night. My bathroom curtain cover only half of glass window, maybe unsafe for privacy. I plan to early checkout at 4 am and already told on duty staff when I arrived. But indeed no staff come to lobby at appointment time, i have to leave a room key at lobby table and i also miss a breakfast box.

Big thanks to NYOMAN She is the best of the best And for this, if I want to come to UBUD again I will stay at Lokasari
