All staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the accommodations, meals, etc. The hotel's transportation offerings were a little pricey, but it was nice to have options.

1. Breakfast Most fantastic is their breakfast. Many hotels don’t realize that breakfast time is most interactive time between hotel staff and the guests, time to make bonding & memories. Last July 2025 I stayed at Element, I feel a lot of improvements compared to my current stay on March 2026. More various of food & I saw staff were more proactive not only serving but chatting with guests & asked what they like optional off menu like fresh juice, various coffee etc. It makes the guests feel special not just having breakfast. Selections of food are changing every day, for example soup station always changing every day from meatballs to soto, also porridge station, from Manado porridge to Bandung porridge. You can choose what you like in egg station. From egg benedict, gluten free bread, this incredible and off list menu like I did. Mr. Alies Sugiarto happened to chat with me, and I asked, if possible, to get croque madame, surprisingly he agreed & will make it tomorrow morning. He called my room the next morning to ensure what time I will be in the dining area. I feel to be treated specially. Thank you so much! My sis also told me to ask staff if they have dragon fruit. They don’t provide it on the table but surprisingly they serve the dragon fruits special for her! 2. Special request response I brought my elderly parents 92 & 82 years old & when I booked, I asked to get room nearby elevator, lower floor. Very nice to know that we not only got the nearest room to the lobby, the easiest access but also having bathroom for disable/ elderly. They really care about what guests requested. 3. The Room -Functional room with sufficient light in important sports, and when we turn the night lamps, the lamps under bed will turn on, easy to see when we get out of bed. -Folding mirror so we can see through bedroom from the glass window of bathroom. -Mini bolster is nice one to hug -Private terrace -twin bed spacious 140 cm each -glass bottle water late check in, I have stayed in Element twice, and all were always late to get check in. Once is around 4pm & second time around 3pm although they gave pizza voucher as compensation, but for an on time person like me, I think more important to let the guest check in on time

All the staff are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. Our room was kept very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I had the most amazing 2 hour massage!!

great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet has plenty of delicious options, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience with great hospitality. Excellent location with beautiful surroundings! The hotel is very children-friendly and perfect for families. The staff is warm, helpful, and always ready to assist

We never had any issues finding loungers by the pool, the pool is pristine, and it offers a beautiful view of the jungle. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to central Ubud, which is quite convenient. Walking from the hotel to central Ubud takes about 30-40 minutes (approximately 1.5km), but given the heavy traffic in Bali, walking isn't the most pleasant option. You can also easily rent a scooter. Overall, we rate our stay 10/10. The only thing we would change is that there was a slight humidity issue in the room with a characteristic musty odor, though this wasn't something that greatly bothered us. However, in my opinion, this shouldn't be present in a 5-star hotel.

It was a fabolous stay in Element - Ubud. Thanks to Gusti for upgrading our room - my mom just loved it - room was facing the pool and it was an absolute delight to have our early morning tea in the mini garden :) Breakfast was amazing, well spread. We really slept well. This was a surprise holiday for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Kudos to your staff :) Place is near to Ubud central but the traffic is bad. If you walk it will take around 20-30 mins There are series of shops nearby which you can take a look while walking More shuttle services to Ubud Central

The location is nice but not during high season. It’s overcrowded. Where to start? There is no sound isolation and we were right near the basketball area and pool. The balcony door just wouldn’t completely close and it was very noisy in the room. You expect it to be peaceful and relaxing but in the reality it’s opposite.

Overall good hotel stay except for some comments. Pool water was cold. Needs hygiene improvement specifically with insects. Our observation of breakfast was wired as like the variety but noticed that some of the staff are returning unused food from guests plates back to the main buffet. I found small bugs in the vegetables station. Highly priced compared to the received service.
