The old world feel of Bali was felt here, which was so lovely. The rooms were very spacious too and all with great views of the valley below. The staff were very helpful preparing some special food requests as needed, which made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you. I would just say the lighting in the resturant - it was hard to read the menus, but really that was it.

Amazing views from my room and the room was suoper clean and the property was fabulous The AC is not enough for the room. It makes the room almost cozy but Bali is a hot place and a better air conditioner is needed. The room is too big for the AC fitted. The property needs to look into it

Amazing view from the room and resort. Room was clean, quiet, peaceful, and I had a comfortable stay. A bit of a drive away from Ubud city center but easy enough to taxi or they provide a free shuttle at intervals. Staff were very accommodating to my late check-in, and were very nice - Bali hospitality is the best :). I would return for the views and value. It's the middle of the jungle so there are some bugs. Some mild odor in the shower room as other reviews mentioned. I expected both and it was minor nuisance so it didn't detract from the experience. My wifi got disconnected for a couple hours but they fixed it right away.

Everything!! The place was really beautiful, the staff were amazing! And it was close to the ubud central(they have shuttle bus). It was also close to many spa, and close to one of the best restaurants I have ever visited (Cocoloka) NOTHINGGG

The only only thing was the room had a mildewy smell. I noticed this throughout Bali though and am sure it's something that will happen basically anywhere in this climate.

Hotel is on a hillside and there are many stairs. The lowest room is 120 stairs down from the lobby. If you have mobility issues ask for a room close to the lobby (and breakfast). The staff worked with us and found us a closer room with less stairs.

Was a great venue for our group The room was gorgeous, and very private. Couple small things needed fixing in the room, but staff were responsive when reported. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. They also helped with excursions and transport at very reasonable prices. Lovely big restaurant for our group. Very peaceful natural hillside vista. A 40 minute hike to the main centre, or a free shuttle 3 times daily. It's a hillside venue with LOTS of and steep steps. The lower rooms would be very challenging for the unfit or those with mobility issues. Was there a week and left stronger than when I arrived.

The views, services and the vibe.. so serene and relaxing I felt that the bed was a bit hard and did not give comfort. Breakfast spread can be improved.

The view!!! Staff is so friendly, good location. The room and bathroom were huge and very nice and neat. A lot of stairs to go up and down.

View from the property overlooking the river valley, staff were exceptional, breakfast Our room had the shower and toilet in the one area ( no screen or patittion between them) and when using the shower the whole floor became wet. We had to use towels to dry it so we could use the toilet without getting feet wet and walking water through the accommodation.

Great location with great scenery Not well maintained. Rooms have molds everywhere. We traveled in a big group and every single room had molds. Seems like rooms are not properly cared for which is a shame because the location and the way it was built were awesome. If we’ll maintained, this hotel could easily be a very nice 4 star hotel
