Bliss Ubud Spa Resort was a wonderful place to stay and easily one of the highlights of my time in Ubud. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with beautiful statues, lush gardens, and flowing water features that create a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Everywhere you walk feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. The staff at reception, the restaurant, and the spa were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and bathtub. One of the most special features of the resort is the stunning view over the rice paddies from the back porch. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, relax during the day, or unwind in the evening. The included breakfast was spectacular, and I only wish I had taken advantage of it on both mornings of my stay. The gym and yoga space at the top of the property offer incredible views over the rice fields and surrounding landscape. I practiced yoga there one morning while overlooking local farmers working in the paddies, and it was an absolutely divine experience. We also booked the Honeymoon Spa for Two, which was wonderfully relaxing, rejuvenating, and exceptionally well priced. I would highly recommend it to any couple staying at the resort. As a final touch, the staff even offered a complimentary shuttle to our next accommodation just around the corner, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, Bliss Ubud Spa Resort combines beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would happily return. The bathtub water only reached a warm temperature rather than hot, so I didn’t end up using it, though the shower had plenty of hot water. There was also a slight musty smell in the room initially, but running the air conditioning and lighting a stick of incense quickly resolved it.

Spa was very good and staff was helpful. One of the best massages we had in Bali. The deluxe room that was allocated for first night did not have sufficient sunlight and the bathroom curtain had blood stains. The room was changed next day. We had also booked a luxury suite which did not have a cupboard to keep clothes. The property looks old and can be noticed in upholstery and other maintenance around pool areas.

The staff, the location and over all experience. I just did not like the breakfast. It could have been better. But just my personal experience.

- friendly staff - away from hustle bustle but only 6 min scooter ride away from ubud center - clean room - no visible kids - no music playing in pool and not crowded - breakfast delivered to the room as an option - suite on first floor by second pool offer no privacy at night. There a big window in the bathroom and you can see in even with the translucent blinds closed - towels could be replaced as there are fraying and discolored - no staff at the pool. Had to call for more towel and cocktail - spa was avg/mid massage and facial treatment, at one point they were putting elbowing my spine - no WiFi by main pool

Ubud has a completely different vibe from beach areas—calm, quiet, and very relaxing. So is this Ubud Bliss Resort, located away from the city center and offering a truly relaxing and peaceful environment. Staff is very welcoming and helpful at all times. Check-in was very smooth and easy. We stayed 5 nights at this resort. The room we booked was a pool and rice field view. At first, the room allotted to us was on the ground floor in the last block (right side—near their restaurant), which had virtually no view due to large plants in front of the pool. The room was old-style and definitely needed renovation and wasn’t worth the amount we paid. We then requested a room change at reception, and they accommodated us the next day in a different block (Deluxe room with rice field view). These blocks have renovated deluxe rooms and were far better than what we had on the first night. Overall, a decent-sized room with a balcony to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. An iron stand, extra towels, and anything we requested were provided immediately. Since this resort is away from the city center, it’s a 10–12 minute Grab ride ($ 4 Approx) or a 30-minute walk. The hotel runs 3 free shuttles to the center (one way only) at 10:00, 13:00, and 18:00 hrs. We had a big gecko on our balcony (7–8 inches long); staff were quick to come and catch it. Spa services are good and reasonably priced. First night was not good. Even the renovated rooms had issues—washroom door not closing properly, rough furniture, and balcony doors had gaps after closing, allowing mosquitoes into the room. Breakfast spread was very limited and not very Muslim-friendly. Small breakfast area. Not much to do around the resort. Everytime you need grab to go somewhere. its not like one can go for a walk at night to see around. Its dark. I think staying closer to the city center is a better option, where most restaurants, cafes, and markets are.

A very nice quiet peaceful hotel. We did not use the main pool area as we were busy most of the days outside of the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. We were in room 106. We were of the impression that this room had a private pool. Once we were in the room we discovered that the room not only shared the pool with the suite next door, but shared the pool with that entire wing of the hotel. This is far from what we were expecting and offers no privacy at all. Due to the small size of the pool, two (2) or three (3) people can take over the entire pool. Ubud is almost becoming too busy to want to return. The piece of Ubud is gone.

The location to the city and it was like an oasis.

The resort was absolutely stunning and very pretty grounds. The pool was beautiful, Buffett breakfast very good and staff friendly. Had a great massage Aswell. It was very peaceful and I highly recommend it was a highlight for our trip. Great views

Iyvwas very peaceful and the stadf was terrific. All of them were vwry nice! Bed linens can be better.
