Alittle assistance from the property when asked Very hesitant to attend to inquires,old place unlike displayed in photos .They said they have a welcome package but actually all is to be reserved a day before ??? Very less breakfast options,noisy at side of the road rooms,no value for money .

We really enjoyed our stay at Ubud Raya Boutique Hotel. The room size was very spacious, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good for the price and offered a nice start to the day. However, the property is quite old and would benefit from renovation. We also noticed quite a few bugs, so improved pest control would make a big difference to the overall comfort.

The property location is very easily accessible for many places. The room is very spacious with all accessories. The staffs are very friendly and 24x 7 available. The restaurant is neat and variety of dishes for breakfast. We need to order dinner by evening. They arrange day tour with affordable price.

The room was full of space. The pool was nice. There was no king/queen size bed. They didn’t write that on Booking.com. The room was a bit dusty. Especially under the bed. And I’m not so sure about the towels, they didn’t smell clean.

Pool view was the only positive thing I could mention here The staff was uncooperative; we arrived at the place two hours earlier (due to the hot weather) and asked if we could do an early check-in. However, they forced us to give a 5-star rating for the hotel first before we could go inside the room. The bathroom had leaking pipes and was very dirty. in the name of breakfast, you would get cold leftover food, breakfast does not even have Coffee, tea, yoghurt, milk, or eggs. No privacy as the staff seems to be always watching you, and whenever we were in the place, it felt like we were being watched.
