The property is beautiful! Well maintained and manicured. Great views of the river and neighboring rice paddies!!! Everything was well laid out and convenient. However the gym is dated and needs new equipment.

This is an amazing hotel where the staff treat you like family. The location is in the jungle and gives you an exceptional experience of Ubud. The food at the restaurants is some of the best I have tasted. We also enjoyed staying in the private villas, the spa facilities and afternoon tea. Amazing hotel! Nothing

Literally everything. The location is ideal, with just enough distance from the centre while maintaining the peace and calm of nature I would simply say it is a heavenly beautiful. The best environment to connect with nature and find peace and serenity. Very well designed, wonderful staff and service.

I booked 3days hill villa, the house with a private swimming pool. I love this hotel by the only reason is beautiful!!! The floor in bathroom is a little bit slippery.

Food at the restaurant was good. Staff at reception were money focussed and also quite deceptive in diverting money to the hotel (for example, asking for a taxi to town turned into them booking a very expensive private car and taking commission for doing that)

Loved this place and wished we’d stayed longer. Staff were fabulous and happy to help with anything you needed. 100% recommend the spa which was amazing. Felt so relaxed after our treatment! Stayed in a hill side villa which was gorgeous and very private. Bathroom was stunning, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch (would switch the ketchup offering for strawberry Jam though). Breakfast was tasty and had in our villa. It was my partner’s birthday and they made him a lovely little cake and made up a flower bath which was very generous of them. I also got a lovely little tote bag on leaving which I already adore. Would definitely recommend if in Ubud as it’s such a stunning place with wonderful staff. Would have liked a full length mirror but a minor issue.

The property had excellent customer service. They provided us with transportation, in room, and even celebrated my mother’s birthday with a cake!!! They were incredibly helpful and always ready to help us in any way. The villas were spacious and awesome especially the private pool! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Ubud. Everything was to our liking and there is nothing to not like about this breathtaking place!

Loved the hospitality. The room always had fresh fruits. Their evening tea was also excellent as it was lavish and was included in the stay. They provided a free shuttle service to Ubud city centre which was also very convenient It was all great.

Everything but the best thing was the staff. They really showed the Balinese hospitality and culture. The place was scenic and beautiful, villa with river view was perfect Nothing

Really calm and peaceful place for a perfect stay in Ubud. If you are looking for the luxurious villa property with full privacy, then it is a great place to stay. I will really rate it very high in terms of cleanliness and staff courtesy. Amazing people and thanks to Mr. Mahendra & his team for all the help and support. We enjoyed the river and scenic views. Shuttle service to the Ubud area was really helpful. Overall, I really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. While everything was perfect, it is little far from the the Ubud market area and it may take some time due to traffic situations in the Ubud area. Also, I will recommend it for the couples but family with kids may feel little bore due to lack of kids club/activity center.
