The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations , which doesn’t happen often. The Staff was professional, warm and friendly and eager to please. The Spa was also a nice surprise and we loved our couples massage. We loved everything about it.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very private and exclusive feel. The pool and hot tub villa is out of this world. Naturally, there’s many bugs so be prepared to deal with them.

Perfect place for a romantic and seclusive holiday! Pool villa with Spa bath is hilarious. Excellent hospitality and very warm attitude from the staff. Be careful with the monkey visitors in the mornings if you stay in one of the villas facing the jungle ))

The pool villa was just a delight. It's clean, peaceful, perfect place to relax & meditate in front of the private pool while watching the jungle. There are sunbeds near the pool, as well as a sofa and a table where you can chill under the shadow. Hotel's restaurant is one of the best in Ubud. We ordered breakfast to the room once, the service was perfect. We felt extremely safe and at home during our short stay at Kayon Valley Resort. The staff was very responsive and determined to help us with all our needs. Hoping to be back!

The villa was amazing. Awesome view over the jungle. The private little pool with the long chairs were very useful for the lazy days where you just want to chill. The staff is so friendly and nice we literally felt like we became friends with them we will miss them when we depart. Best breakfasts ever! Free shuttles to the other Kayon resorts and to Ubud market are an awesome plus and we loved it.
