I hated the experience. The pictures on the web are not a true representation of the room I was given. I had to pay extra money to book my stay in Bali at the JW Marriott. It was pricey but nothing beats comfort and feeling safe

Sitala Suites is located about 10 - 15 min moped ride outside of Ubud centre in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We stayed in a top floor room that was most lovely. It was a nice size with a big bathroom, a comfy bed with surround mosquito net, a big bathroom, a fabulous view out over the rooftops to trees and volcano in the distance, clean, had a little bar fridge and cupboard for clothes. We had a little patio with table and chair on the the other side. It was a lovely room to relax in, breezy and peaceful, and we could hear the birds singing in the morning. We stayed a week and could easily have stayed another week. The family staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fresh, tasty and substantial breakfast every morning. There was a pleasant swimming pool to take a cooling dip in. I can highly recommend Sitala Suites.

We felt super comfortable and at ease at Sitala Suites. It's in a calm and beautiful village outside of Ubud, and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. The staff is so friendly and supportive.

Sitala Suite was one of our favorite stays in Bali! Wayan and his sister were excellent host and insured that our stay was comfortable. They provided local recommendations, attentive with pool towels, and had on site scooter rentals for exploring Ubud. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the daily service and fresh bottled waters. Location is too far to walk to town area but it was easy via scooter or organizing Gojeks for pick ups.

The staff at Sitala, Wayan and his sister, were very gracious and kind throughout our stay. To begin, they stayed up late for our check in since our flight landed late. Wayan was helpful in providing some great recommendations for things to do, renting a scooter, and booking things for us. He also regularly and proactively inquired if we needed any assistance whenever he saw us.

Location was great, just North of the city center, so quiet, low key and laid back. Courtyard was adorable with a private pool. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and rooms were always clean

There are only 6 rooms in this property . So pretty private and calm. The host is super helpful & nice . The location is not the best place as its not accessible to Ubud central area by walk but Grab bike is just $1.5 away… or even better if you rent your own scooter. The toiletries could improve. No conditioner no body wash no laundry bag no shower cap . Only toothbrush & water will be refilled . I didn’t try to request cause i believe it should be there by default.
