The staff were very friendly and professional, always helpful and responsive. The daily housekeeping and turndown service were well organized and added to the overall experience. The resort also provides great support in arranging activities and transportation, which made exploring Ubud very easy. Overall, a very enjoyable and smooth experience.

I love a resort with Valley view and this has one of the Best views. The rooms despite looking not too new but they have a nice charm. Great to have two bathrooms, one indoor and one outdoor The restaurant looks a little bit outdated The resort feels that he used to be one of the best but they need to freshen up as there is a lot of competition

The resort is fascinating and amazingly standing in the middle of the jungle with its high trees, lovely flowers & nature's symphonies. I expected to face many unwanted reptiles (like lizards) within the room, but surprisingly, it was awkwardly clean. The staff were very supportive and initiative with their nice smiles and lovely welcoming words. The unit had two-story, the bedroom with its comfortable king bed facing a huge front glass window showing the beautiful jungle, and downstairs, the infinity pool, open to air & jungle, with the setting areas and a small fridge. The toilet was perfectly designed to be somehow open to the bedroom with a bathtub in the middle, a closed shower, and another outside shower, AND there is SHATTAF with the toilet seat, PERFECT!! The set-menu breakfast was amazingly delicious made by specialized chef, with an option to have it in-room. There is a free shuttle bus from the resort to Ubud city center and back (3 times a day, from 12:00PM to 6:20PM). The pool water was cold, with no heater. The fridge is next to the pool (downstairs), which is hard to access, especially at night. The resort shuttle bus final back trip is at a very early time (6:20PM).

A secret heaven in the middle of a rainforest jungle. Perfect for couples who want to experience Ubud jungles with a secret touch of privacy. Very kind and more than helpful staff. We had a great massage as well. Had a private villa (Yudistra) with the most enjoyable private pool.

The resort was beautiful, staff was incredibly nice, setting was exactly what we wanted! My only gripe was that our room smelled musty/humid. I know we are in the jungle and it might be impossible to not have this.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was very good. The room and plunge pool were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. There is only one restaurant so if you are staying there for an extended time it may not offer enough variety.

The pool doesn’t have heater so it was a little bit cold for me The breakfast was on the main pool a good view Breakfast was choosing from a set menu but i was surprised that im allowed to order only one main course which is upset me somehow

The restaurant was amazing — the food was exceptionally tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented every single time. Our room was always spotless, cleaned with great care and attention. The spa massage was perfect — so relaxing and professional — and the yoga class was calming, peaceful, and just what we needed. A special mention to the shuttle bus drivers — always kind, friendly, and perfectly on time, making every transfer smooth and stress-free. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place filled with kindness, comfort, and true relaxation!
