Ayu Duwur Beji

The environment was absolutely beautiful, and communication with the owner was excellent. He was very helpful and accommodating, and even helped us organize all the activities we wanted to do, which made the whole experience truly unforgettable! The accommodation has a pool that is amazing, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. I highly recommend the massage, and we will definitely come back again. Everything was perfect. A very quiet place to relax at. Not too many rooms. Each room is sized for two. It has a well-sized pool that you can swim in, and to bask in the sun beside it. You have your own veranda to sit and relax at. The rice fields just outside is fantastic! You can walk or run on a trail around the field, mostly paved but not all. Some people work in the rice fields doing manual work mostly. It didn't have any extra facilities for lunch etc. You can get breakfast, but other meals you need to walk 15-20 minutes or travel by scooter 5 minutes to restaurants. It is not manned at all times, but they were there most of the time.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their hospitality made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Wayan & Ayu were great hosts. Myself and my family had a great time there. Our only issue is that we stayed only for two days. The place demands you to spend some time in the resort and enjoy it fully. I will choose this again in a heartbeat. Bonus: The location is great. So beautiful and we will feel that we are a part of the nature. Just a suggestion: People who have difficulty walking and is afraid of two wheels choose their Deluxe suite which is located near the main road. Paddy view rooms are a bit far and the staff shuttles us using two wheelers

The area is secluded. Exceptional environment was so romantic, rice fields, swimming pool just in front of the room! People - staff is amazing, very attentive, caring, eager to help. Amazing breakfast, we loved every minute of our stay in Ayu Duwur Beji. We could see how people enjoy doing their job, and it was so pleasant nothing! everything was just perfect, but just a little note, you will need to walk from the place about 150-200 meters to call for a cab/ grab bike (because this place is exactly on the rice fields, so the map doesn't show the hotel properly). Walking was great, so we enjoyed having a little everyday!

This place is absolutely epic. The setup and vibe are hard to put into words. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. Ayu and Wayan were exquisite hosts. I’ll be back soon.

Incredible! Very clean, tidy, pleasant environment, renovation, top-notch service and delicious breakfasts. And an incredible atmosphere of unity with nature, with very pleasant view right from the room. I would also like to mention the very friendly and helpful owners of this place! Thanks to them, we were able to get to the airport on time :) We will definitely stay here during our next trip and recommend it to our friends. Nothing

gorgeous property and very tranquil and peaceful. beautiful pool that you usually have to yourself. that staff were all so kind and helpful we really enjoyed our stay here. the washroom needs to be updated a bit and the shower is located close to the toilet so after you shower the floor is wet for hours. only thing that could be better.

Rice field villa had stunning views and was so peaceful. The included breakfast was fantastic and they will cook lunch and dinner at your request. The staff was very helpful and arranged for motorbike transport from the main road to the rice field villa anytime I needed it. Very clean and updated space too. Would stay again and recommend!!

Staff was helpful, but the male staff which turns to be the husband of the owner or whatever it’s called just behave uncomfortably. They do not how to solve this situation and instead saying my friend was crazy.

This place was a magical oasis! So peaceful, clean, and beautiful! The service was phenomenal in every way! And the food was wonderful too! The only thing I didn't like was the music played in the eating area. But that was no big deal.

The staff was very friendly and nice! Breakfast is delicious ? go for banana pancake! The facilities were very clean and we basically had access to everything, from Wifi, hot water, clean towels, clean bed sheets, pool etc... The view is also magical anywhere you look! Overall a perfect experience! Nothing in particular.

TLTR version - excellent hidden gem, book! I was welcomed by the warmth and kindness of Ayu and his family who were running the guesthouse, even at middle of the night - they really went above and beyond, my flight was delayed for few hours and they kindly waited for us... T.T The location of the room is tucked away, which I absolutely loved but maybe not for people with accessibility needs tho. Waking up in the middle of the fields was simply such a stunning experience-the view was 100% beautiful. One thing I especially appreciated was how incredibly helpful they were in arranging motorcycle transport to and from the actual room to main entrance where taxi could reach, just need to message them 10min in advance. Alternatively the walk down to main street was also pretty. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic experience with amazing hospitality, this place is the one for you. I can’t recommend it enough. Beware to not book rice field view if you cannot ride on the back of scooter for any reason! I think jungle is ok.

We enjoyed every moment. The location is in a quiet place with a gorgeous view. The hosts helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
