The rooms are clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly. We love the pool- clean and good size. The breakfast is delicious too. It will be better if we could have a safe in the room, otherwise all good.

Locate in a quieter street of Ubud, with restaurants and shops nearby. The pool area is nice with garden. Breakfast is good and friendly restaurant staff. The bed is not the King size as advertised. When asked about this to reception, the girl said all the rooms are same size bed or 2 single bed. The website clearly has room with Queen and room with King size listed, but it obviously wasn’t the case. Also the bed is very hard, like sleeping on hard board with a thin padding. Also, shower has very water pressure and has to wait a long time after turning on tap to hot before getting hot water.

Location: Walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores. Balcony: I loved the balcony. It is overlooking the swimming pool, nice place to relax outside the room and read in open air with ambient light. Bathroom: There’s an open window that has no closure. Mosquitos come through that small window. Exhaust fan is a bit noisy sometimes. Lighting needs to improve. Aircon: After some time, the aircon started dripping and it’s a lot of puddle in the room. Had to use pail to catch the drips. Breakfast: It was supposed to be an intro to Indonesian food but the breakfast wasn’t enticing.

Place was ok I was put on top level with back injury. I requested to change rooms which they did at a extra charge eventually I was put on lowest level on day 3 I did send email but they never got it failed

The room was spacious and clean, with lots of room to put clothes and accessories, meaning I didn't have to live out of my suitcase and it actually felt like home. The bathroom was immaculate, the aircon cooled down the entire room and the balcony was spacious and had a great view. The staff were lovely and helped with everything, the pool was beautiful and clean and the whole hotel was quiet and didn't feel crowded at all. It was also in the perfect spot, far enough from the action that all I could hear were birds, but close enough to get around by foot (about a 15min walk to the main street in Ubud). The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows were a bit lumpy. The only vegan breakfast option was avo toast and fruit, would be nice to have some plant based milks for the coffee but then again there was a mini-mart right next door so not a major issue at all!

The front desk lady is very nice and helpful. Service people also very nice. Restaurant service and local food is fine. The facility is horrible. A/C and bathroom fan both making loud noise, can not sleep. Pillow smells and inside pillow has existing blood stain and hair. Bathroom smells like sewage. Wash basin facut is lose and moving around. Shower water is inconsistent. We checked one day earlier and requested refund after 1st night.

The welcome was lovely. The room was a good size, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was quite good. Swimming pool was really nice. The staff were amazing and arranged a fantastic driver for us to take us to various places and also to and from the airport. There was a damp smell in the room probably due to the inordinate amount of rainfall in the previous days. It didn't affect our stay as we literally only slept in the room.
