Location and breakfast The first night was bad because of the sheets that smell like urine but the next day they replace every sheets and was better

The property was well kept! The pools were very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was not clearly identified that this is the 2nd location(Pertiwi Bisma 2). While quickly corrected, when arriving at 2 AM it was a little challenging at first.

Breakfast with limited options for vegetarians. Flies and ants inside the food on buffet and I also ordered lunch one time and there were ants inside my plate. I understand the property is in heart of the jungle so insects are everywhere. But could do better at food hygiene

Located on Jalan Bisma , the perfect location for us in Ubud . We stayed in the Joglo rooms at the back of the property overlooking the infinity pool and jungle with fabulous views ,so quieter than the rest of the resort although these rooms are not entirely soundproofed. A visit by the local monkeys each day was a nice surprise. Great places to eat nearby on Bisma too if you don’t want to go far. Very nice and helpful staff . Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much . Breakfast a bit hit and miss , the egg options cooked for you on request very nice , the other cooked options available need some attention.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. I had a lovely massage in the spa. There were two pools so I didn't have to walk far to access the one at the back of the property. I loved that it was closer to nature then some of the other hotels

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were spacious with large balconies. The lighting in the rooms could be brighter. We found the pot lights and lamps did not provide enough light after dark. The marble corridor floors are exceptionally slippery when wet. It rained an entire day during our stay, and the floors were treacherous.

It was a lovely stay with a nice rooms, two pools and a great staff. It felt like a very well-run resort. We enjoyed a massage at the spa. The restaurant attached was very good with many options. It was very clean and we felt very respected. There were ants on occasion outside on the deck, but this is to be expected situated by a jungle. It was meticulously kept.

I absolutely loved the hotel. It was fantastic, comfortable, and perfectly located The only thing I didn’t like was the towels provided in the room — they seemed very old and worn out. Everything else was excellent

Well kept, Green & lush, bigger than you expect, quiet Further away from centre than anticipated

Everything was pretty good for the price. Nice gardens. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Monkey Forest but far from everything else. The swimming pool at back is a death trap. Six feet deep No shallow end or steps and the only ladder has no rungs. Crazy.
