Overall rooms are clean but we stayed for 4 nights and they didn't clean throughly.

I like the room, it was spacious and they cleaned it every day. It is very close to shops, bars and restaurants. I generally like it , would love to stay again.

Location is nice (except the entry very dark and scary sometimes it’s very difficult for you to get in ) there is an agressif dog as well ? Very dirty !!!! I couldn’t cancel cause I choose the non refundable option. There toooo much Lizards not only outside but inside the room everywhere I have changed the room 2 times I never had a normal sleep I was covering my self and checking everywhere before getting to bed . One night I slept at 6 AM . There is some local families living there making so much noise at the morning It’s a cheap stay we all know ! But that Dosent mean to live in a nightmare !

We had to walk in a small alley to get into the hotel. And the river sound is quiet loud in our room, but it was okay.

The staff were lovely, the grounds and pool were very good, but there were many steps up to the third level, which weren’t good for my knee or hip. Also the water flow was poor. I had to get my hair washed at a hairdresser. I would recommend people stay during the week. As there was some very loud music somewhere close by.

Excellent prime location, friendly, helpful, lovely and professional staff and close by to nice restaurants, bars, beauty and massage places, shops, Ubud Market and the palace. We stayed at Jati 3 10 years ago and we came back to it. It is halfway between the monkey forest and the market. Easy to walk to both. Fabulous restaurants all over the place. The hotel is about 70 meters off the main drag so it is super quiet, and peaceful. Some of the rooms are on a river. Nice pool and breakfast. The staff is very attentive and will help you with anything you need. Nothing

The location was ideal and the design of the property is beautiful. There was mold on the shower curtains.

Friendly, kind, helpful, happy, staff.Great location.Nice view from room and big glass sliding doors to balcony. Two bottles of filtered water daily. The pillows, bed matress, bed linen, and towels were very worn and old. All needs to be replaced.

Only staff was cooperative. Dark environment. Inappropriate entrance with dog barking and trying to attack people.

The location and the vibes, it's amazing, with the little monkeys jumping on your balcony every morning, they are harmless, just don't put any valuables on the balcony over night. Everything was amazing, part from I had a problem with the AC on the first night, however it was fixed the very next night.

Located in the heart of Ubud, yet very quiet. Restaurants are nearby ? The walk-from main road. I Hope they will have golf cart or small trike to pick up the guests from the front.

Good location beautiful premises, great staff. the shower needed a thorough cleaning. It smelled bad and the floor was slick because it hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet also not clean and smelled bad. Pool water was very acidic.

The room I received had a strong smell of humidity, especially on the first day. Probably, they haven't opened that room in a while. The door, fridge, and bathroom are in less than optimal condition. The towels they use are a light grey color; it would be much better to have white ones to check more easily if they are clean.

Very comfortable hotel at the center of ubud. Super nice staff will help you with tours.
