The location is awesome. Right in the middle of everything and super walkable. Stores, shops, food, and monkeys all right outside the door. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and insta worthy! We are considering adding a week to our stay. The vibe here is real.

At midnight I wasn’t able to get into the hostel I had booked down the road. Thankfully I found this place. Check in was quick and easy, the room was very spacious and comfortable and felt safe. The place is beautiful, well located, and they provide free garafon water.

The staff was exceptional. Very helpful, friendly, professional and polite. Rooms were huge, clean and the beds were so comfortable.Location is the best...so close to everything Ubud offers yet so very quiet. Will definately stay there when I return to Ubud.

The pool could do with a good clean, every thing outside was very clean

The location was great. Lot's of restaurants and shops near by, as well as a place to rent a bike right in front. You could see monkeys running around in the daytime. It looked very local with gardens and statues. There was a leak on the floor in my bathroom. With torrential down pours, we were constantly having to use the towels so our whole stay we had wet towels.

Awesome location right in the buzz of town. If you want the monkey experience definitely stay here you won’t even need to visit the monkey forest as they are not intimated by you. In saying that they will take food off you if you eat outside so be careful but an amazing experience to see them in the property. Great pool helpful staff awesome little place for the price! Could be slightly more clean I looked at the pillows without the slips and I wish I hadn’t those could be updated as we’re gross!

Property location, Value, Peaceful environment Bathroom is closed with no window and exhaust fan. Also some times, reception was empty and it becomes hard to find staff, Light at night are so dull then we have to use mobile flash to reach our room.

The staff felt distant and not very present, which made the stay feel impersonal. I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like room cleaning and fresh towels, which should come naturally in a hotel. The shower had visible mold, and overall, the room didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I asked to change rooms because the bed was very uncomfortable, but there was no empathy or effort to help — not even a kind word. The garden of the hotel is beautiful, and I can acknowledge the effort put into the outdoor spaces. However, the room I stayed in didn’t reflect that same care. I stayed for a full week, but I never felt at ease. I finally decided to change accommodation, and now I finally feel like I can relax. Also worth noting: the laundry service was more expensive compared to other places in the area.

Great location, staff was helpful (just a little hard to find at times), monkeys were running around our property wishing was great! We loved our stay. Would definitely recommend for people traveling in groups!

staff, room, pool and location. Gede was wonderful and arranged fantastic tours to the rice areas, white banyan tree, waterfalls and Besakih.
