The room and facilities are very nice, and the complimentary afternoon tea is pretty good. The breakfast sunny side up egg is badly cooked, and the seats at the swimming pool is limited when fully booked.

Restaurant on property was great! Large breakfast selection to choose from. Afternoon tea was fun and delicious and ordering dinner at hotel was wonderful after being out.

The view is breathtaking! From every corner of the resort, you can bask in the stunning beauty of the lush jungle. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool is delightful. .

The hotel surroundings are amazing and the food at the hotel is nice to come back to after a day of exploring. The spa is very lovely. While the hotel is very accommodating in helping to get us drivers, it would have been nice to be able to pay the drivers directly so you know that the majority of the $ is going to them.

Really nice location near ubud literally in the jungle. It was awesome. Breakfast was haven. Internet good. Location superb. We had a driver but I understood that Grab doesn't come there.

Everything! The Jannata resort was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was meticulous. The spaces were open and stunning with gorgeous jungle views, and extremely well cared for. The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all of our travels around the world. We were traveling with our three teenage kids, and we got the two bedroom jungle pool villa, which was amazing! We each had our own dedicated bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and an additional living room area downstairs with an additional bathroom, which was perfect when you have five people staying together. The pool was refreshing and a wonderful place for all five of us to hang out together and the showers were hot and amazing!! The staff was also able to help us book drivers if we needed to go anywhere, but they also had a free shuttle service that takes you directly into the heart of Uber town, which was very convenient. The food and service were wonderful, and we could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend staying here!! We loved it!

Everything was fantastic The pool was not heated.. pretty cold pool And the stairs going up and down if you’re not prepared for it then it might be a disadvantage

Wow wow wow. This place. If I could rate it a 11/10- we would. From the food, to the staff, to the views, to activites. Absolutely incredible start to finish! The bathroom gets quite warm!

Very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped with transportation so location wasn’t an issue. Fantastic food and we had a great massage at the spa. Felt very looked after. You are in the jungle so common to get lizards, even in the room. They generally stay hidden though. Didn’t bother us.

We had an absolutely amazing villa, what a view, wonderful staff and we felt like we were in paradise. The accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars. Lots of stairs?

Beautiful location, lovely setting. Nice touch of having a professional photographer take pictures! Breakfast service very slow. Lunch / dinner menu very limited. Rooms lovely, but lots of insects were entering. You had to ask the staff to spray the room, instead of it being done automatically.

great stay ! we booked two rooms, one twin one double , they were amazing and the service was incredible too :) def recommended and will come again ! small amazing bubble in ubud, a magnific small road with cafes over green ricefields and still central. the rooms are incredible, beating any hotel nearby ! nothing :)
