Overall, the hotel facilities and services were disappointing. We booked 4 rooms for 9 people. Unfortunately, there was dust in almost every corner of the rooms and bathrooms. On the first day of check-in, the soap and shampoo bottles were empty, and toothbrushes were only provided after we requested them. In one room, the air conditioner was not cooling properly, and in another, the TV was broken and not working at all. Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel could receive such high ratings with facilities and services in this condition.

The landscaping and garden around the pool area was beautiful. I personally didnt like the breakfast particularly.

From outside, the villas seem very nice, but from inside they need renovation, specially the one they tried to put us in the first day of 5, that we stayed. We asked to be mooved, because the villa was very durty and old, and the recepcionist didn’t want to change first, she said all the rooms were ocuppied, but ir was not truth, many rooms were empty. We left two trousers in the first day in that villa and they never ( in those 5 days) told they found the trousers. We just realized that we left the trousers there only when we arrived in other hotel and couldn’t find the trousers. Send 2 messages to Green Villa and they respond twice that they didn’t have nothing and if they did they would have given to us. I asked them to look in the first room where we have been, and the cinical response was that if they had nothing. They were not nice, neither friendly with us all the time. When I said I was going to complaint Booking, they finally said they had the trousers!!!! We sent a taxi to get the trousers and we had to pay for that. They never apologise! Bad breakfast, no choice, you take a juice or you take coffee or tea. Staff very unpolite, cinical and mean. The worst experience we had in years of travelling!!!

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great staff. Nature setting where you'll spot a frog or squirrel outside.. maybe a giant ant or 2.. or listen to the birds sing. Great location!!!! Everything you need on the main road (atm, pharmacy, supermarket, shopping, massage, restaurants, cultural shows etc) Main road does get pretty congested at times. Monkey forest around the block and ubud art market 15mins away (by scooter)

Great value, good room and bathroom and liked breakfast being served on our veranda. The grounds are well kept and the location although a bit further out is not too bad but be careful walking on the pavements. Some areas of the pool were a little green so didn't go in which was disappointing as overall it was a very nice setting.

The staff are really friendly, the breakfast ( espcially the banana pancakes) was great and a very beautiful garden area. It is set back off the road so you cant hear the traffic but easily accesible either walking, bike or car around ubud.
