A sanctuary in the middle of the fun chaos that is Ubud. We stayed 5 nights and loved it! A big thank you to Piki and her team for really looking after us. The restaurant, the food, the service, the pool and grounds are all fantastic, we really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it!

We chose Ubud Village Resort & Spa as a birthday trip getaway, and it truly delivered in every way. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff and the beauty of the surroundings made it clear this was going to be a special stay. The room was gorgeous —spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a view that made us want to just sit and soak it all in. Perfect for the two of us! Breakfast deserves its own paragraph, honestly. It was so good, the taste, the variety, the whole experience. We looked forward to it every single morning, and every single morning we walked away completely stuffed. Lunch became basically non-existent because we simply couldn't eat another bite which, honestly, was a win for the wallet too! It's the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for the whole day. Now, the outdoor bathtub at night? An experience we didn't know we needed. No mosquitoes despite being so open to the outdoors, which genuinely surprised us. And the little frogs that appeared around the room at night? Adorable. Ubud's nature is truly something else. The staff were lovely throughout, polite, attentive, and genuinely warm. Everything just felt so seamlessly taken care of. If you're looking for a stay that feels immersive, peaceful, and genuinely connected to the beauty of Ubud, this is it. We left with full hearts (and very full stomachs)!

The atmosphere, how attentive the staff is. How clean everything is. The location is great but the resort is so big, that you feel isolated from the outside world Nothing it was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful and room was very comfortable and spacious. It was difficult to adjust the air conditioning.

The service was not up to the mark. It is not to the level you expect from a premium resort. There were a few frustrations but the worst of them was when we found our bath towel had two big holes.

The most amazing property … so serene and tranquil with excellent facilities and amenities. I MUST when in UBUD. !! Nothing to dislike. They even have a shuttle service into the village !

The location of the hotel is prime and is in the heart of the ubud and gives you the authentic balinese experience. Its ideal to travel from for the different sightseeing locations. There’s little language barrier and its easy to be misunderstood by staff.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel just a short distance from Ubud—like a hidden oasis away from the crowds. The natural setting is stunning, and the rooms, pool, and lounge areas are all thoughtfully designed. We stayed in side-by-side rooms with our children, and they loved it too. The staff were kind and respectful, and we really appreciated the chef preparing a special vegan menu upon request, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Dinner service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Also, Ubud can get quite busy with traffic, and walking isn’t always easy due to a lack of sidewalks.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. There are great facilities: outside bath, outside shower and inside shower. Staff were very friendly. There is a complimentary afternoon tea which was nice. The private pool in the garden is great. It was our honeymoon and we got some lovely decorations on the room. They also do floating breakfast. A shame you cannot have a latte with the afternoon tea. It would be good to have shuttle buses a little later.

Services like the free shuttle into Ubud centre, the included breakfast and in-room dining made the experience so comfortable and it was a privilege to enjoy. The rooms also had multiple amenities and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Nothing to report!
