The staff was very friendly. They do best to make you feel like home. The room is spacious with beautiful view, I feel relaxed taking breakfast from the balcony with the nice scent of flowers from the tree. Everything is perfect

This was an absolutely amazing stay and such a gem of a hotel. The staff were outstanding and could not of done enough for you or been more kind or accommodating!!! Rasmini was wonderful and made us feel so so welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was so fabulous we did not want to leave. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Their shuttle service into main attractions in Ubud was also amazing and so so accommodating. This will be the first place we return to in Bali - thank you so much Rasmini & team

Stunning little oasis in bustling Ubud. The rooms are fantastic, clean and spacious, and the staff is lovely. They serve a nice breakfast on the terrace of your room with few vegan options as well, delicious and very filling. I was honestly sad to leave and I full heartedly recommend it to anyone come to Ubud.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really convinient shuttle service to center of Ubud with pick-up back to hotel from there as well. Breakfast was decent with varied selection. Afternoon tea was pleasant bonus where we could taste some of the local snacks. Only ordered inroom dining once but chicken fried rice was delicious. Used their laundry service as well with clothes coming back clean and fresh. Pool area was cozy and room was huge with balcony where the breakfast was served. Slow and unstable wifi. Even simple internet usage was painful time to time. If this would be sorted out then this place would be 10.

A beautiful gateway within the center of Ubud, Indulging room with balcony and wonderful pool Staff was so lovely, amazing breakfast, great bed, clean and had everything you need, will definitely come back There is construction next door but it didn’t bother me much

The free shuttle to Ubud city center was a big plus and made getting around super easy. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

I was unable to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. The air conditioner always worked at the same temperature no matter what I set.

Its so cozy and spacious and very pretty. Perfect boutique asthetics. Extremely welcoming and kind staff.

I am obsessed with this hotel, it felt like my home away from home in Ubud. I extended 3 extra nights and I already miss it. The staff is just the absolute sweetest. They care so much about their guests, they come to your room twice a day and tidy up and bring extra waters and leave you a "bedtime story" on your bed every night. The breakfast is delicious and there are so many options to choose from. The space is immaculate and so so clean - I am incredibly sensitive to hotel rooms and cleanliness and i never once had an issue here. The property is just lovely and beautiful and quaint. Its in a good location and easy to walk or get a Grab to get to wherever you need to go. I miss Sapodilla so much!

The staff were very kind and treated you like family. The location is perfect to explore Ubud. The room was relatively bug free. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. The room was too dark, needs more lighting.

Staff are super amazing very helpful we asked them to keep our bags in the storage for one day and they kept safe at their side also breakfast was served even when we were late room is cozy and nice all rooms shared the beautiful pool view. Hotel has prime location as it is in the beginning of the downtown street makes it easily accessible and the same time away from traffic. Nothing

Location is good, I arrived earlier and was welcomed by welcome drink Room is big Staff is very helpful and amazing I asked for pool view room 2nd floor and it was amazing Location is good, 5 min walk to Liyer Spirit House (from Eat Pray Love)❤️ didn’t had a chance to try pool because i was leaving early Breakfast choices could be improved
