During my stay the aircon next door was broken and making a loud noise so I had to be moved to another hotel (of much poorer quality). The owner came the next day and while he did not refund me for that first night despite the inconvenience, he did help organise a refund for the second night. Was a bit of a pain all in all.

Our stay at this hotel in Ubud was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was great—peaceful yet close to many attractions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day of exploring. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a simple, relaxing getaway in Ubud. Nothing.

Everything was dissaponting. The door of the balcony doesn't close fully. Lizards everywhere in the room. Hairs in the sink and water difficult to go down. Awful smell from the A/C like petrol. The bath mat had stinks on it and for one week they didn't change it. Very annoying the fact that the door of the bathroom can't keep open. NOT for EU HYGIENE. PS: So sad I forgot to take pictures to share.

Great location. Super close to shops, restaurants, etc. Decent accommodation. Superb view from first floor! Great for the price. Quiet For the price nothing to complain about .

It’s clean, serene and calm. Maybe there could be mosquito repellent in the room.

The receptionists are very accommodating. It was at the farthest end of the service road which is a little bit dark at night.

I love how the place is full of privacy. Very quiet and also consider near city centre. If there's traffic, it will take about 15-30 mins. Without traffic, it'll take less than 15 mins. I think the bedroom and toilet can be more clean and do some maintenance.

Nicly placed in a side street away from street noise. Quite spacious room with comfy bad, bathroom with hot tub. Nice pool just outside the room. Tasty breakfast in three choices, served every day on a porch. Kind staff that helps with whatever you need. A bit worn out bathroom, but still OK.

The garden and pool are beautiful. The staff is very nice. The location hard to access due to traffic but very quiet at the cotages.
