Loved the room, the bed was nice and I enjoyed the netting. WiFi was good, air-con was good, overall very nice. The surrounding area was lovely and the breakfast was simple but delicious, very nice. Only some very minor issues that honestly didn't bother me much. The front door was a little damaged and was tricky to close, it didn't easily latch shut. The toilet roll holder was in an awkward place (too far back) and the shower head was awkwardly mounted to the window. It would have been helpful to have a spare power point available next to the bed as well.

Very beautiful and the staff were so friendly with my daughter. She loved them! Cleanest and best stay I’ve had in Bali. Also great water pressure. A little construction work next door but it really wasn’t terribly loud.

The view from the room, due to neighbors works, my room was the worst one in the hotel. The soundproof is very bad we can hear everything in the adjacent room

Beautiful breakfast and outdoor area with nice plants and bird sounds. You could also see monkeys from the breakfast area and fields in the back.

It was my 3rd time at Saren Indah. I feel at home there, surrounded by the lush gardens, incredible energy. Breakfast has good choices and the staff makes it fast. Everyone is very friendly. You may have encounters with monkeys and other lovely beings :) I will come back, again! Nothing in particular.

great location, off the beaten path. right next to the monkey sanctuary meant macaques were everywhere heads up that our room was up a steep flight of stairs

The family that runs this place are the kindest people and very helpful. The place was our refuge after a day in town or a day on an excursion. The monkeys from the forest come visit every day around 5pm and are gone by dark. The nature surrounding the place truly makes you forget you are in the city.

Location is good. A bit away from main traffic-heavy roads. Needs lots of renovation. First room we were allocated was so awful: smell of chemicals and old humid wood was unbearable. The staff has moved us to the next room which was somewhat okay, but still uncomfortable

surrounded by beautiful rice fields that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the cooking course we took with the owner and other family members. They were so warm and welcoming, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious. Room needed some maintenance

We had very peacful and relaxinf holiday. Appartment is in good location, away from traffic jam. Staff is really kind and helpful. All recommendation for this family business.

Super position a bit away from the busy streets but everything within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful freshly prepared to order. And the staff were delightful. The rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with some general maintenance.
