Gorgeous boutique hotel in amazing location . The staff , especially Aran at reception were so helpful ! Nothing about the hotel .. everything perfect ! The tourist office across the road are a bit pushy and pricey

My friend and I were blown away by this beautiful hotel in Cappadocia! I do not know where to begin.... The value for money, the stunning interior, The incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and fun staff! the BREAKFAST!!! Best Breakfast we had the whole time we were in Turkey. Location is brilliant. The room had a Jacuzzi that was a fun way to spend the evenings. The deck of the hotel is ideal for watching the early morning Hot air Balloons over Goreme. I am so glad we stayed here and I only wish we stayed longer. Thank You for an incredible experience! I didn't like leaving! We had that much fun.

The hotel looks great, and the property is in the best place in Uchisar. It is next to the castle, and the view over the valley is amazing. It is also the best place to see air balloons in the morning. The room was really nice with comfy bed. The breakfast was also good. We booked 3 Deluxe Rooms, which had to have more spacious rooms, etc. When we arrived, the manager at the reception said that one room would be upgraded to a suite. After going to the rooms and checking photos of the rooms on the booking.com, we realized that two rooms were Standard and one "upgraded" was Delux. We went to reception to clarify this situation, and the manager said that they consider Standard and Delux rooms in the same category. When I asked why the description differed and why I paid a higher price for getting Delux, the manager could not explain. He just added that the amount I paid was not that big. Because of the Booking.com Genius3 level, the price for the room is smaller, but I don't think that for that reason, we should get a downgrade for the room. Finally, one room was upgraded—a very unpleasant experience.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is remarkable, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the stunning views from our terrace. The hot air balloon experience they arranged was the highlight of our trip—floating above the fairy chimneys at sunrise was a dream come true. The breakfast spread each morning was a feast for the senses, offering a delicious array of local and international options. We felt pampered and cared for throughout our stay, and it was clear that the team truly loves what they do. Hu of Cappadocia is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

Staying at Hu of Cappadocia was an incredible experience! The hotel is absolutely stunning, combining the traditional Cappadocian style with modern luxury in such a seamless way. Our suite was super cozy and had everything we could possibly need. Plus, the views from our balcony were just out of this world! The service was top-notch—every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel at home. The food was also a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that gave us a real taste of the local cuisine. They even set up a hot air balloon ride for us that turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. What really stood out to us was how much care and thought went into everything. You can tell they really want you to have the best experience possible. Hu of Cappadocia is definitely a special place, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of luxury and genuine warmth.

Nice cave feels but no air conditioners There were no air conditioners and im the middle of summer and it was not advertised not informed by the staff ahead of time. Some rooms had a fam but we were not given those rooms

Location was great, few minutes drive to Goreme. And staying in a cool cave with a fastastic private swimming pool. Great service.

The hotel is incredibly amazing beyond my imagination! Great location, fancy decoration, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. Husayen was very kind to help us with everything in Uchisar and made our whole experience perfect. Will definitely come back to Hu and enjoy another wonderful holiday there! Highly recommended to stay at Hu for cave adventures! Nothing at all. It’s the most featured hotel I’ve ever lived!

It was wonderful overall. The location of the hotel is amazing, overlooking the valley and flying balloons in the morning time. Breakfast was with a very good variety of food and delicious coffee. Comfortable room, with all of the facilities.
