Oda çok temiz değildi. Girişteki görevli gayet ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısıda çok iyi degildi malesef ayrıca girişte 4 kişi olduğumuz hatta gözüktüğü halde bize 3 kişi rezervasyonunuz var dendi.

Odalar birbirinden farklıydı ancak sitede belirtilmemişti. İnternetten tuttuğumuzu düşündüğümüz oda doluydu o yüzden başka bir kötü odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. 2. gece başka oda boşalınca daha iyi bir yere geçtik. Bir gün de havuz ısısını kapatmayı unuttukları için havuza giremedik. Onun dışında otelin konumu, kahvaltı, odaların temizlik ve rahatlığı diğer kısımlar gayet güzeldi.

This hotel feels work in progress. AC is positioned in a weird way that doesn’t cool the entire room. Bathroom was a weird layout with big hamam area and a small shower without a shower door, and had some pipes exposed behind the sink. Slow service at breakfast, they gave us hard and cold bread and diluted watery jams, butter was also frozen. Housekeeping didn’t clean the shower and didn’t change the bedsheets once during our 4-nights stay. They often forgot to supply toilet paper, water bottles etc. When we asked, the staff were helpful but also acted defensive whenever we gave honest feedback. The location is nice and hotel looks great from the outside, but once you stay you’ll notice there are plenty missing.

It was a great hotel! Nice view. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is good too!!! Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants as well and small stores.

Oda genel anlamda temizdi ancak banyo biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Klimamızın kumanda pili bittiği için klimayı kullanamadık açıkcası pil takmak çok zor olmamalıydı. Manzara oldukça iyiydi oda da genel anlamda rahattı. Kahvaltı vasat hatta vasat altıydı daha iyi bir kahvaltıyı kesinlikle hak eden bir manzara vardı.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olenda Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was served to the table in a nice traditional style, which we appreciated. Everything was clean and well taken care of. A special thanks to Rahmet for his kindness and great service. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would definitely recommend it.
