I had problem with the check in, but i thing is a problem with the app, but the staff were helpful.

Very close to the station. Very small, but the staff is very accommodating, e.g. when leaving your luggage there before/after checking in/out. No breakfast or lounge, being so tiny, but Ikebukuro abounds with cafés and restaurants anyway, so that is not an issue.

Location The room is too small; the hotel was a mini hotel, and no breakfast was available at this hotel. The room charge is really expensive at this class of hotel (about two stars mini hotel). Guests must be checked out at 10am.

Staff who don't speak English at all. The rooms were quite dirty. Inability to leave luggage even for a couple of hours (I meet this for the first time in my life!!)

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The hotel location was ok, The hotel was Not able to call for a taxi for me. It was raining outside at the time.

The bed is really comfy, the pillow, it feels like you lie down on the cloud. Close to the convenience store and train stations which is convenient for me.
