Room felt a bit musty and bathroom isn't the best. Nothing dirty or unclean, just a general sort of feel. Air conditioner also didn't seem to work, although they had added a mini unit to try and alleviate that.

The location is very close to the Ikebukuro JR station and ramen restaurants and shops. The walls are thin and I can hear next door talking loudly and laughing.

Friendly staff EXCEPT the lady who checked me in. I wanted to add an extra night of stay, but she said they are sold out. I had looked on Booking.com minutes before my arrival and rooms are available. I prefer to book directly with the hotel always. Schedule changed, and I decided to add another night of stay. I booked the extra night on booking.com It is dated but just a short walk to eating/shopping areas and Ikebukuro Station.

Location, convenience store right next door, delicious ichiran ramen next door as well. Also very close to station and shopping centre of Ikebukuro! The only thing is the laundry which seemed quite expensive. There seems to be a coin laundrymat nearby but we didn't want to do the hassle of bringing and picking up.

The bathtub and toilet needed to be cleaned better, and there wasn't a very large variety of breakfast foods or flavors for foreigners.

The room is very small so If you have a lot of luggage, there may not be a lot of space to move around.

Clean and that AC can blow COLD when you want it to! Also, family mart is literally downstairs along with an ATM. Staff is super friendly and helped me transfer my bags to Osaka! Nothing, it was great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It is so close to the Ikebukero subway stop which made getting around very easy. There is a 24 hour Ichiran tonkatsu ramen place right in the hotel which we ate at more days than not. Great value for the price. The mattresses are rather hard for my preference but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

All locations, including the subway station, restaurants, convenience stores, and retail shops, are closed. It’s a good deal for a triple room.

The hotel is very close to the Ikebukuro JR station and right next to Ichiran - ramen shop. You can hear the trains all day because it is literally next to the JR train lines but the noise is acceptable.

Repeat stay at this property. Good value, great location, comfortable rooms. Accessible to all parts of Tokyo. Lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. Bathroom is small.

Location. Room too small, no space to put our luggages.Bes and pillows not firm,hardly to move around in this extreme tiny room.Different from what we see from the photos when doing booking, very disappointed ?

We didn't book for BF. The location is superb. You can find everything around here ex: Ichirun located on the 1st floor of the building, PARCO, hypermarket, Big camera, Daiso, Donki, UNIQLO, etc. May be the staff
