Everything went well. Breakfast was good. location is little far from the city, but manageable. nothing
-
Clean space, nice shared rooms. Nice staff and possibility to store luggage.
-
The air in the room felt a bit stuffy, maybe the air flow should be improved. I think the price is ok, but definitely could be a bit cheaper for a hostel.

The guy snoring in the room.

Very bare bones.

Great hostel — I’m honestly not sure about the negative comments. If you’ve stayed in hostels before, don’t hesitate — j

The location is great (I was here to see the Christmas markets), staff was friendly, great reception area, the small bar was perfect, and my bed was super comfy. I was in a room with 3 other guys and were all congenial (honestly just great vibes). One went with me to the market that night and we ended up chilling at a pub and met amazing people. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Clean room, little(tiny spaces, super kind and professional staff, good position to reach city centre The heating system was impossible to regulate and the room was often too warm and dry; Breakfast did not reach my expectations (low quality of products served).

Room was updated, clean, spacious for a hostel (even for 4 adults). Staff was friendly & helpful. Layout of room was very functional; it was great having a separate room for the toilet. Convenient location to both the old town center and train station. Categorized as a hostel, but our private room for 4 felt more like a hotel. More benches or tables in room. Nowhere to sit other than your bed. Breakfast price was a little high for mediocre food & coffee. Could use slightly better soundproofing- we could hear the family staying in the room above us, as well as chatter in the hallway.

It’s not faaar, but it’s not as close to the center of the city either; I speak French but was with a friend who doesn’t and sometimes I felt like I was treated better than my friend

The hotel’s location is very good and close to many beautiful places. The staff are very kind and friendly. I requested a slightly later checkout than 10 AM, and they kindly agreed without hesitation. This was the first time for me in Europe that a hotel accommodated such a request.

Freezing cold showers

The location is perfect (very close to the Grande Île), the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is offered soap and a bath towel. The playlist from the bar was impeccable.
-
Luggage storage and lockers. Showers leaked all over floor and toilet paper is horrible quality.

Great stay! I used this place as a stay during my vacation at Strasbourg, Colmar, and Mulhouse. Colmar and Mulhouse was a convenient train ride away. facilities were quite modern and clean and offered clean towels each day which was a bonus! The staff were also nice!? Nothing
-
The only problem was that there was no lockable wardrobe. The beds had no curtains. There was no trash bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.
-
Very clean, modern, easy to navigate, well-organized Wifi wasn’t available in the rooms, only in the lobby which was disappointing
-
Location was good, and room was spacious. It feels liks hotel not hostel. Theres no curtain on the beds u need to wake up once other people comes to the room.

I arrived from Brussels at 5 am i got there and was welcomed by a young man. Although I couldn't check in I was able to refresh change clothes and put away my luggage until I checked in. The breakfast was good. I was also helped with directions to the Christmas market. totally recommend ?
