Room is clean, problem is their towels to include bath/hand and facetowels. Needed all new ones to include bath mats.

The room was very noisy—I couldn't sleep—and it wasn't clean either.

We stayed for just one night and were in and out quickly. The location was decent, and the room was a good value for the price. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the AC, which could use an update.

IT WAS FILTHY, HAIR IN THE SHEETS, NOT CHANGED BEFORE CHECK IN, REFUSED TO CHANGE THEM, REFUSED A REFUND AFTER WE LEFT, SHOWER WAS NOT CLEAN AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD ALL OVER IT.

There was small blood stains on the comforter and the sheets also had stains. Room was absolutely horrible. Stickers stuck in the ground looks like floor don’t even get mopped.

The manager will work with you she is vary out spoken with care. I really like her. The ice machine wasn't working the whole time I was there. I was paying too much money for the ice machine not to work. How the housekeepers don't knock on ur door before they enters. Other then that my stay was Kool. Imm go back.

The rooms were clean. It was quite most of the time. The staff was nice and helpful whenever I needed them.

We arrived to our first room hauled all our belongings upstairs and unpacked. When I went to get ready to shower, I saw there was no water in the toilet. I had to walked back to office and was reassigned a room. Ok so we backed up and walked back down stairs with all our stuff. Only one towel, stained bedding and towels. The next morning I woke up to get my daughter ready and not one but 2 roaches on the floor. We immediately packed up and went to a different hotel.

Clean room. Looks recently renovated. Best option for the price for this location.

The staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff who do a really great job. Shout out to Saralee, the woman who cleaned our room ans made sure everything was ready upon checkin. Highly recommend this place - I really love the upgrades and how nice the rooms are inside for the price.

Nice place to be but everytime you booked a room you got to put a $50 dollar deposit on it even if you haven't checked out you just rebooking the room

The management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit leaks but it was a minor issue.

OYO originally owners Oct 2022.Management are not professional and uneducated and night shift sleeps all night rude argumentative and threatened me as a senior citizen several times, roaches ran me out of room 206 into room 207. No roaches in room 207 . Very clean I know about this facility than Red Roof Inn Corporate Office. Wealthy area I am real estate investor and financial consultant to professional athletes and Hollywood actors. This facility will not survive the recession unless my company offer to purchase facilities. I have group of politicians and sports players and entrepreneurs to come together. They are my clients

i didn’t like how hard of a time i was given to get a room uncreated charges as well as rude staff member. staff never came off to me as very high…on top of they i was given the worse room

We stayed here at the end of June. The location of the hotel is in a very good area but I would not stay here again. The room itself was nice. You can tell they've recently gone under a remodel because you can faintly smell the paint. I did like that the floors had no carpet. The woman who checked us in was nice. So, we checked in and went up to check the room first. The bed sheets had stains, and you have to ask for a microwave. They don't have it readily available in the rooms. The AC takes forever to cool down the room. We noticed the bed sheets right away. Called to the front office and she said they would send someone to bring new sheets. Took her over 30 minutes to show up. I didn't notice the stains on the towels until my son was going to take a shower. I didn't even bother calling the front desk again. By then we were just exhausted from the drive. There's a Walmart literally across the hotel so I went and bought our own towels. The hotel is only 2 stories and there is no elevator. Going up the stairs, it had this horrible urine smell. This one really takes the cake for the term "You get what you pay for." Oh, and this hotel has adjoining rooms which I did not like. You're separated by a door in your room from the people next to you and you can hear everything. The people next to us were extremely loud and it was already after midnight. So save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere.

It was older and they were remodeling the room but I’m using a walker and they accommodated me with a first floor room and told me that the room wasn’t really ready so I appreciated that staff was great

There was no breakfast. The location was good. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The room smelled hard core like marijuana. I did tell the front desk however, the only other room available was upstairs, I can't do stairs due to my knee. So we aired out the room ourselves no help from the hotel. The front desk lady was always hard to get a hold of. She was rarely at the desk. We kept having to ask for toilet paper because we were limited on that and towels. Also there's a lot of people in and out at nights.

The location was what we needed. We arrived at 2:00 PM and check in was 3 so the lady on duty would not let us check in. That was policy so on Then we we returned at 3:15 she was ruffling some papers and never waited on us . Another younger man finally waited on us. Then the next day our key stopped working so we had to go to the office to fix that. The same young man acted annoyed that this had happened.

The room had limited supplies, the iron did not work, the microwave did not work, I asked the desk for and extra coffee and they were out, the blankets were old and had burn marks at all levels of covers. Horrible desk help. I don’t recommend anyone stay there, my worst experience and I’ve been traveling on business for over 20 years

Very clean, large room, and comfortable. Walking distance from walmart. If you need a clean decently comfortable place to lay your head, then definitely recommend for the value.

The only thing i like, was there was multiple place to go in the area. The room felt dusty, pillows and sheets seem that they hadn't been changed in a while. There was a cigarette burn on one of the blankets on the bed. Limited towles and scrubbing towels. Elevator didn't work. I have bad knees so it was hard getting up the stairs to go to my room. And to get things out of my vehicle. Women in the front desk, got an extra 50 dollars for a deposit for us to stay there. And have not got a refund back yet. Was more worried about getting our information and money then seen if we needed anything for our stay. Won't recommend this place. The only plus side to it, it was next to a waffles House, Walmart and a 7eleven gas station near by.

Then at around 2am the person next door started screaming and beating his girlfriend. I had to call the cops twice before they didnt anything. They took him away then i just heard her sobbing thru the wall all night. Then for some reason the overnight clerk brought some drugged out fat girl to my at 530am. And she proceeded to beat on my door until i answered with my pistol. Horrid stay.

I did an online booking drove 4 1/2 hours to get there for them to even though i have a reservation they were full and had no rooms available then had the audacity to attempt to charge me a no show fee

Overall poor hotel. Management erroneously assigned my room to someone else and they tried entering at nearly midnight while I was sleeping. Needless to say I was startled. Otherwise Very noisy with other patrons. Bed was awful.

The property is called the Red Roof Inn. Its unconstruction. Room 201 was horrible. Never again.

Arrived at motel room 227 was substandard. Flat-screen tv was held together by black tape and did not work. Light fixtures hanging off wall by fixture wire, bed not.made, ac didn't work in Tx of all places. I checked in af 4am after flying in from iah and checked out at 6am . Waiting for the uber driver. Booked via expedia will never do again. After i made the a complaint the property acted as if they did not know the state of their own room. Very scary

The room had a gap at the bottom of the door about an inch or so and did not feel safe. It smelled and the room had damage on most of the walls. Bed did not feel clean and not enough pillows. Half a roll of toilet paper and no other amenities available for us.

Older motel but they were updating some areas. Short on electrical outlets and old lighting. Large glass window at check-in office made it hard to hear clerk. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Has a Swimming Pool and AC cold.

The area around the hotel looked dirty. There was a 3" gap under the door to the room and you could see outside through the gap so we shoved a towel in the gap to keep people from seeing inside our room. The room had an odd smell to it like mildew, but strong cleaner like they were trying to cover up the smell. The sheets were clean!

We paid for a premium room at a rate of $150. The room upon entering smelled of cigarettes really bad. There were no towels room didnt look clean had to ask for the floor to be swept. The toilet handle was broken so the toilet ran non stop. The bed was so saggy felt like it was 30yrs opd. We asked for the towels toilet paper and additional pillows and they stated they would take them down. We left for like 4 hours and upon return they still were not in the room. The jacuzzi tub was cracking on the seems the light fixture was broken missing. The spots and chipped areas were disgusting thru out. I would never pay any amount to stay here again.

We were comfortable with the room. The only negative would be not having enough outlets.

This is a new property. Better than I expected. Will stay in here when I come back to Houston. But I am not sure the wi-fi. I didn’t get change to use it. I need hi-speed wi-fi. That will be great if there is a hi speed wi fi.

The pictures versus the hotel in person were quite different. There was a shopping cart sitting in the lobby upon my arrival. The room did not look hospitable or clean. It looked old and unkept. The ice machines didn't work, the elevator didn't work, there was an ironing board in the room with no iron. The bathroom door was missing a chunk of wood. When I spoke with the attendant about my concerns, she said they were under construction. When i checked out maybe 30 minutes later after checking in, she told me the reservation fee was non refundable. This place was horrible.

Booked a room for a family member who was in town for a Graduation Party.

The property common areas are not clean found lot of dirt (cigareet bits and dead bugs) and un used disposable items left near the room. Felt it was not safe to come out of the room since found people smoking in the walkways and talking loudly. The only positive note is the front desk was super nice since the moved us to a different room once we reported the offered room rest room floor was wet when we opened the doors and came in. By the way also wanted to inform the swimming pool was closed and it was super dirty with garbage in it. It was a whole different feeling and it was not worth the price paid.

You can not check in early. Also, I needed to change clothes to go to a funeral. The owner/manager refused to let me use a bathroom to change my clothes. I went instead to a gas station. This hotel/ and its staff sucks.

Very dirty, lights didn’t work, blankets and sheets were gray not white. A lot of shady people, holes in the walls. Dingy towels, toilet didn’t work. I felt gross and didn’t wanna sleep there

Booked the room and found out the day of check in time they are not available with the room I rented on website. We had a flag football tournament all day and no were to stay.

This property looks nothing like the pictures o line. The room was a total mess. Lets just out it, it should not be rented out for everybody. There were white liquid stains on the couch, mirror was broken, bathtub was stained yellow around, tables were stained. Would not recommended. And i understand no refund policy but this was due for a refund and more.

The room was great, I payed for 2 nights and it was cheaper than what I’ve payed for 1 night elsewhere. I come to town from San Antonio twice a month and this is where I’ll be staying, for now on.

The rooms are not very clean. They need better maintenance. The room smelled awful. Couldn’t sleep all night because there was homeless people arguing and walking around.

Yeah this place a terrible. If you are looking for a quick stay and don’t mind staying in a dirty room this is the place for you. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I reserved a 2 bed room and when we got in there the shower was already on and the water was leaking into the room. So they gave us another room 1 king bed and the rom looked used. Literally look like they just came in there and made the bed and left out. The bed was nasty, the towels were already used, chip crumbs everywhere. Dont even waste your time.

Terrible and horrible experience. Police was there and drunk people were around and fights. Very unsafe and customer service was horrible too no toilet paper in the toilet and i need to waite for 1 hour to get a toilet paper. Bottle was thrown on my room door and picture is attached.

room was filthy. floors were dirty. bedding and sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they were never changed. microwave and fridge was dirty. only had 3 towels, had to ask for more. also had to ask for clean sheets. couch looks like it's been threw a dump. dirt/grime everywhere. their was crayon drawings all over the walls from previous travels children. room didn't have any soap & only one roll of tissue, had to ask for more. they left a used one in the room from the previous people. overall, disgusting. very uncomfortable stay. wouldn't not recommend for self or family trips. ESPECIALLY if you have young children like i did. i didn't even want my baby sleeping in the bed. i had to buy lysol and spray the entire room down before we could even bring our things inside. just horrible.

Told me to take it up with Expedia for misinformation in the listing couch was stained. Staff was behind locked window which made me think we were in an unsafe environment. Place was filthy, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Smelled like cigarettes and pot. Place was run down.

Comfortable and conveniently placed between a waffle house and a walmart

Parking is plenty, quiet, management doesnt say much apart from take your deposit and explain door process and return process after word. Didnt call, one of the switches didnt work and three lights didnt function but room was still brightly lit with the rest. It was quiet all night. Bath towels, packet of shampoo, and a body wash thing is given left in restroom plus lotion. Still would go again, just for the price and didnt expect much but still decent!

The room was disgusting the couch was stained with only god knows what. There were white anf brown stains all over it. There was trash behind the toilet we didnt have any towels. It was horrible
