We loved how there was 2 beds and a sofa bed and a full kitchen, very spacious👍

The Staff was friendly & the rooms were clean.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for vising the gulf coast beaches. The breakfast was tasty and more than just cereal and muffins. The room was comfortable and we even got a new mattress on our 3rd night. The room was cleaned appropriately after installing the mattress. We didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was somewhat small but appeared clean. We enjoyed our stay.

So, when we first arrived, I was a tad concerned because no one was there or ever showed up but then after a few tries from corporate lol the guy in the back woke up and was beyond helpful. Mind you it was 1 A.M. so no hard feelings, I just started to get scared no one was coming and it had been a long drive. But honestly that was the literally only bad thing about the whole stay. Everyone was beyond nice, the room was immaculate, and I am pretty sure they just went through a very nice full renovation. I loved the breakfast and they even had a social on Wednesday evening.

Part of the bedroom floor groaned when we walked on it. We were on the 3rd floor, and 4th floor footfalls were heavy. We heard voices from the next room in our bedroom. Sound separation should be better. Overall, the hotel seemed very well run.

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious.. Hot breakfast was provided at the hotel, but the rooms also come with a kitchen/kitchenette for your convenience. Staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Staff was very cooperative when we had to add another day to our room. The breakfast was good. Had the biscuits and gravy, was pretty decent. I liked that the location of the hotel was easy to get to but was not directly on the main highway. Beds were a bit hard for me but the manager said they will be updating in December.

The look of the overall hotel was good. My room was very spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. However, when I walked in to the room it smelled humid and looks dated. I was more than pleasantly surprised upon entering this facility, and in meeting the manager. Everything from beginning to end was more than acceptable, it was excellent!! This will be my hotel of choice on any future trips to the Sugarland and Houston areas.

I thought I m getting a suite but it was just a regular room. I paid suite price. It’s one night stay so I can live with it.

We stay here every year when my daughters dance comp brings us to town. The area is quiet, safe with plenty of food options after dance. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are always clean. The parking lot is easy and seems to be safe, never had any issues while staying here. The breakfast is very good, better than many other hotel options in the area ... which is plus and we enjoy.

Couldn't change the thermometer to heat and I end up getting sick because the room was cold and I had to plunge my own toilet when it wasn't working properly, called the front decks to report it,and was told to come collect the plunger and do it ourself

The property lacks maintenance, the microwave oven didn't work and the person in front just said there's another microwave oven downstairs. They have a huge problem with cockroaches and they never take out trash in the rooms, much less replenish or clean the room. Terrible experience.

The staff was friendly. The property is run down. The outdoor furniture is broken and dirty. The worst part was the room while it was spacious and appeared clean there were roaches in the room. When I was checking the mattress for bed bugs I found a HUGE, at least 12 inch, blood stain on the mattress. I ended up leaving early and not using my second night.

I was on the 4th floor. The elevator was out my entire stay. Since it was already paid for I could not leave and go to another hotel. My guess had a really bad stay.

The lobby, and hallways are 10 times better than the room themselves. $140 for a night is definitely not worth it for this.

This property is the definition of old. Our room has ants in it. Everything in the room and hallways are old, peeling or worn. We stayed one night and checked out.

First, it was impossible to sleep as the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and it was freezing or scorching hot and musty, no matter what temp you put it on. My entire family got sick from the poor air quality and I’m sure the black substances on the underside of the mattress was mold ( forgot to take a photo). We checked our hours earlier because we could not wait to leave. We tried to get another room but were told they were sold out for a family reunion. The carpet was very dirty and the kitchen lacked the usual items they we’re used to seeing at these proprieties. It was very disappointing. My kids were there for a sporting event and could not perform as planned because they got sick (I’m sure from the air in the room) I was. Extremely disappointed with the stay and if I hadn’t prepaid I would Have left and found another place to stay. This will be my last stay at home woods.

The property itself is excellent but Beth made it bad coz she’s not friendly at all or at least have a normal business dealing with us. I won’t book again . But Evelyn made the difference. She’s nice .Also, it would be nicer if you have waffles or pancakes in your breakfast selection .

We had a King Suite and loved the space in the room! The full size fridge was awesome. I loved that we had a ceiling fan above the bed as well, made it feel more like home.

I liked this property because it was tucked away and not a lot of activity was around it. Also, there were many great restaurants and stores down the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. We have already booked our next stay here as well. Our room was a suite with small kitchenette. Also used the grill outside two nights. Vietwich and Raizes were yummy carryouts. Good hot breakfast provided by the hotel. Thanks HIlton!

The cable was not strong. It was going out and in.

Was very disappointed with the bed size, and after we called the front desk, they stated it was a full/queen bed(didn't know that was a thing)although the room was a queen suite. Never had this happened before at other Homewood Suites. Overall it was ok. Definitely won't stay here again.

Water pressure went off, faucets in bathroom faulty, dingy carpet

There was no communication that the water would be cut off at the hotel. We were shocked to wake up and see that there was no water. Front desk also had no idea that it was going to happen. Very annoying to deal with no water. The tub also wasn’t draining well and their was a pond any time you turned on the water. They put a mat down to hide the stains in the tub.

I was not satisfied with my room. My itinerary said that I would have a room with a full kitchen, arrived here and was given a regular room. I was told nothing could be done due to it being booked through you guys. I was Lied to about it being no more rooms available when I went on the actual site and it was a few rooms available. Hopefully something will be done. All I wanted to to was upgrade but was asked did I wanna leave. I’m gonna continue to follow up with this.

We will not stay here again, and in our mind, we paid too much per night for what we received in return.

It was great! I had some little girls with me so I let them have the bedroom and slept in the pullout mattress. Those mattresses need to updated they are horrible! Other than that everything was wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in the hotel, service was excellent, staff are very helpful specifically Emily and Beth from front desk and Vicente from maintenance and the breakfast team they really try not to make it boring by changing the kind of meat everyday the rooms are huge especially the 2 beds the living and bedrooms are separate and there is a door for the bedroom. The kitchens is equipped with regular size refrigerator , 2 electric stovetop and utensils the hotel is not new but well maintained it is also near restaurants and fast food and its pet friendly

Texas has lifted its mask ban. I refuse to stay at a Hilton until you change your policy to a "masks optional." I am adult enough to make my own decisions about that after having covid a year ago! Enough is enough.
