This is not the best place to stay but it was clean. It needs repairs and upgrades but doable, at best a 3 on a scale between 1 and 5, Five being great!

Parking was easy to find. But this hotel was 8.2 and it is definitely not a 8.2.

Disgusting I never stayed I checked out and left immediately after seeing the condition of the hotel room . It’s not sanitary at all and you could hear every foot step and people talking from the other side . I would highly recommend not booking definitely run !

At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to accept a smoking room. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning.

The maid service is excellent. It's easy to see your vehicle and belongings and plenty of stores close by.

Room smelled like weed. Blanket, sheets, and bed all had stains. There was no toilet seat. The door wouldnt stay closed unless it was locked.

Room as described on app. Quiet location and friendly staff at check in and check out. I requested handicap accessible room through a brief message and they kindly gave me one on the first floor. My parking spot was literally at my door. We will definitely look to stay again if in the area.

Loved this room! It was beautifully updated and had lots of space! Especially important to me was the amount of surfaces in the room, plenty of tables and countertops to put our belongings. The fridge, microwave, TV, and shower were all very nice and clean. Super comfy bed, I slept well. I would gladly stay here again

I did not stay at the hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation because it was dirty. I booked a whole Nother room and was charged for that room.

This place is a dump. When the guy in the lobby is in a cage it’s a bad place. A non smoking room still smelled like smoke. It’s in an alley way. Do not book a room. I left and went to another place. Felt very unsafe.

Off the freeway Cockroaches everywhere, they were my roommates.

Also, I specifically requested a handicap room with shower but got a handicap room with a bathtub I would have to climb over before showering inside.

Had to leave the lights on all the time to reduce the roaches in the room. Was there for two nights and the room was not cleaned.

Nothing I don’t like it bc it doesn’t let you know that I have to be 21 to get a room and in Texas u can get a room when your 18 but they don’t let you know before you buy

The shower had no hot water. The toilet did not flush. Stains on the towels, toilet, as well as the shower. Even the towels and rags were falling apart....

I travel to Houston alone for medical appointments. Because it is not vacation I don't like spending a lot of money. This place was older but the staff was helpful, the room was clean and I felt safe. It took me 27 minutes to get to MDA. Will definitely book again.

Office attendant was very nice and courteous. She made it feel very comfortable. The room was clean overall except for the bathtub and the A/C The Bathtub was broken and had a lot of rust. The A/C was off when I arrived, so it took a long time to cook off. Thank you

Gave us the wrong type room but quickly moved us. Air conditioner took hours to cool off the room. Phone didn't work. A popup kept appearing on the tv which made it impossible to watch. Needs updating. But it is shelter and electricity.

This was my second stay here. Super clean inside and out. Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Everything was perfect. The only thing is the pillows are not comfortable and large enough for me. They still get a 10 however.

They look reasonably nice at first. A very modern look you could tell recently designed. Unfortunately, they had Rust spots all over the bathroom, and a number of roaches. The TV in work. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is older but kept clean. The staff is great. The towels are a bit worn and stained, but clean. Women - be aware they do not have hair dryers in the room or available from the front desk. I had to go to my meeting with wet hair.

The property staff was polite and helpful. The inside of room was great. Non smoking smelled fresh and clean. Only negative is strong smell of marijuana while walking to room.

Awesome! Kind of elegant and chic! Cold AC and extremely comfortable bed and all the right enemeties. They even give you a toothbrush!

Basic hotel, good place just to sleep.

The folks operating my hotel refused to give me a key card when I checked in ("machine isn't working") and left the check-in desk unattended for an hour and a half at breakfast time, which meant I couldn't get into my room. Later, when an employee eventually opened the door - after 90 minutes, of course - he refused to give me a refund or to put me in touch with a supervisor who could arrange a refund. I'm currently following up on this with Expedia.

I called for hot water and had to wait for 1/2 hour for water to heat up. no hot water in the morning. I feel the owner turn hot water off to save the expense.

I did stay with other known brand like Hilton Garden Inn near by and I pick this one instead for my recent and future stays.

Imagine arriving at the hotel at 10 pm after 12 hours of driving and finding out that the room is not ready. Half an hour of waiting turned into an hour. Guess what? The stench of cigarette smoke was untolerable. I invited the Indian guy (Patel owned property) to come and see the room since his computer said it was a nonsmoking room. It got worse. Toilet flush handle was broken, no water pressure to speak of and you had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it would get warm. You get the idea.

I was displaced from my home during Hurricane Harvey and was lucky enough that Expedia found this hotel for me. I like it because it is close to the interstate and that it is close to my home so I can check on it while it is being repaired. But on all accounts I enjoyed the stay!!

For the price and the fact that it seemed like it COULD have been a sketchy motel, this place was a very nice surprise. Really large room, clean, and a very pleasant stay. Wished I was in the area longer, I would have stayed here more than one night.

Hotel staff are hard to locate and the breakfast didn't exist, but we had a nice clean room and no serious problems. I would stay again.

The only thing about the stay dents & marks on the wall, sofa had cuts in it, the towel holder as soon as I took a towel off it fell off the wall and I just put it on the sink
