It was very clean and in a perfect spot. Close to places to eat and the convention center, where we were visiting. The staff was very friendly. It was like 100° in the hallway on the 3rd floor. The room AC did get very low however so we were comfortable in our room. Also, in the whole area there were these beetles flying everywhere. Not their fault but they were all over the entrance of the hotel.

Nice Hotel, clean, great staff, many restaurants and shopping centers close by.

Hotel was closed to highways so it was noisy at night; the choice of restaurants nearby was limited. Recommended if it is close to your destination and all the pros above.

Staff and rooms are good. But not that clean. We saw a Cockroach in the room.

i like they are renovating and I also like the location I didn’t like that the sheets were dirty. I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was broken and I was on the third floor, and I had to walk up and down the stairs with my luggage and suitcase.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was great. Area was not bad at all and close to the arena for concerts.

Convenient to restaurants and the funeral home for my aunt’s service. Upon check in, the young lady was so sweet and personable offering suggestions for craft beer and bar food. Don’t recall her name, but she graduated from Stafford HS. The bartender, Robert/Roberto was very engaging in conversation as a bartender should be and he makes a heck of an Old Fashioned! The next morning, sorry I can’t remember her name, but she’s from Louisiana and finally getting over her fears of going on a cruise. I think her family calls her Pumpkin because she was born in October. She has a seven year old son. The morning front desk staff greeted me with welcoming smiles as well. Nothing to complain about.

The first lady that checked me in was very friendly. I was there from Thursday to Sunday. I was unable to get my room cleaned the whole time. There was no real Cook there the first day and the person I tried to make some fries failed to cook them thoroughly. The fries were given to me white and tasted raw. After that experience I had no desire to go back and order anything else.

The ambiance of the location No complimentary breakfast, and the food offered by coffee the shop at the lobby is poor. No regular supply of basic necessity for guests' comfort like water, coffee, etc. No access control for visitors.

My tub was old and disgusting, making me wonder if it was even clean. The room had too much furniture for it's size and the bed was not comfortable. A booking error from booking.com leftme without breakfast and despite being a Marriott rewards member, the staff offered nothing. Without graciousness, there is no customer experience. I will never return to this property and wish I had booked the nearby Hampton instead

The hwy can be heard in almost every room.

The room reaped of dog, I explained to the front desk and she handed me a bottle of spray. I also mentioned it to the front desk as I checked out and she didnt care, just sent me on my way. If you're allergic to dog or dont care for dogs, I don't recommend this hotel.

The friendly Staff fixed my tv issue and even offered to move me so I could watch the game. Wow!! Did not expect that but that just showed me the level of hospitality that they offer.

Pricing

The location at the time of booking told me I was downtown when I got here. I was 30 minutes from downtown however the staff did accommodate our booking and made our stay pleasurable.

The location was the best! Also, the most important part was the staff. The staff during my visit was extremely friendly and helpful! I didn’t get the chance to say thank you to them for their hospitality, service and overall friendliness! They were truly the gems of my stay! The room needed a bit more lighting as some areas appeared to be dark and white lights were needed instead of yellow lights.

Over all the place was excellent. The only thing I didn’t care for was that our room was on the freeway side.

My Husband and I had a really nice stay. Felicia the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We will definitely come and stay again.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel was very clean however the room had an over powering smell of cleaning products which reminded me of cheap deodorizer you get at a bad car wash. It was so overpowering that we had to prop the door open. The bed was the most horrible bed I have EVER slept in. It was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Neither myself nor my daughter could sleep very much.The hotel is very well maintained and you can tell that the staff take pride in keeping it that way.

The Courtyard Marriott Sugarland/Stafford is a good commuter business hotel. The room has a nice desk, there are plenty of outlets for my laptop and phone. The staff was friendly and bubbly.

I’m disappointed in the amount of cost to stay here and what I got in return . I stayed the weekend of the 13-15th . Let me address my many issues . For one the pictures really give the room justice because i don’t know if they edit the pictures or what but when I got to the room I was shocked.It felt dirty and uncomfortable. Two the ants !! the ants were bad they were all over the table even when we didn’t have food out the ants started multiplying the longer we stayed . Three the lights were out from 7am-2pm it was hot I couldn’t do anything I couldn’t charge my phone or get ready . It’s not the fact that the lights were out because things happen it’s the fact that there was no apologies. there were no announcements there was no refund /partial refund I sat in the dark and heat for almost 8hrs and they offered nothing! and then they called my room after saying I needed to make another payment even tho I paid for 2 nights in full already . I’m not a complainer but I will say I am extremely disappointed and wish I could get some kind of refund

Have to step into shower to turn on water and therefore get wet first, no shelves inside shower for personal toiletries - had to set them on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room needs better lighting.

It’s very noisy. People were playing loud music, the people above us were running and jumping in their room, and you could hear the freeway. On the other side, the staff was nice, rooms were clean, and we got our money’s worth.

Our stay was wonderful!!!! The room was great and spacious the service was excellent would def stay again!!!
