Convent location. Could not hear guest in neighboring rooms, staff was helpful and friendly. Blinds did not work, bathroom was showing quite a bit of wear.

The only reason I booked this hotel was the pool. Fast forward to check in and the pool isn’t “functioning”. Mind you we stared at a running pool with clear water all week but a chain on the gate. I immediately asked to be able to use the pool from the same chain right down the street and was told no. So I took it up the chain to Holiday Inn Customer Care who said a ticket was started and someone would be in touch with options/resolution within 24hrs. Never heard another word. Needless to say I am done with Holiday Inn as a brand since they clearly don’t stand behind their own brand.

Stayed here for graduation weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lobby area. Good value. Would recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Prices were reasonable. It’s summer time and the pool was closed. The site didn’t say it was closed. It was disappointing when we chose this hotel specifically for the pool access.

The staff was rude. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. This went on until 11:30pm!! I also requested an extra blanket, only to get to my room and unfold it and have blood spots and splatter all over it. It was disgusting.
