DoubleTree by Hilton Springdale

This is a very nice Double Tree with friendly, helpful staff, and good maid service. It is much better than larger Double Trees that we have stayed at in the past. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. And as always, the cookies are great!!

The cost of the breakfast wasn't included in the price and the breakfast is overrated. My only negative thought is It'd be nice if breakfast was included in all cost. Other than that clean hotel, nice staff and in great area. The beds are comfy so we continue to come back.

This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!

Staff was very friendly the first room we were in was full of ANTS!!! They were everywhere across the head of the bed and on the nightstand and phone but they immediately switched my husband and I to another room and apologized several times after that everything was great!!

It was all good, although I don’t know why the fan didn’t work in the bathroom.

Pool was working! I don’t know how many pools I have booked and get there and it’s closed. It’s always a bummer for the kids.

Our room ordered breakfast was wrong order. A little noisy in the morning with landscaping.

the room was clean but being in a suite on the first floor didn’t make any sense. right across our door was the ice machine so you could here people all night and all morning making so much noise. it was not relaxing. A little disappointed they didn’t have there double tree cookie available during check in. But again the room was nice and spacious.

The property is overall pretty nice and updated in the lobby and rooms, but it is a little dated and rundown in some areas. The breakfast was nice for a complementary breakfast, but it was not free and definitely not worth it. so make sure you factor that in. It is not a quiet property and anything that happens on the floor above is very loud, so bring a sound machine. We really like Doubletree, but I have to say this was probably the least nice one that we have stayed at.

Not what you expect for a Doubletree.

We booked our stay here at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of our room for the price! Very convenient and just 10 min from Univ. of Arkansas campus.

There were a lot of dinning options within walking distance. However, with the hotel being so close to a busy road we could hear the road noise in our room.

The bartender guy was the best bar tender I’ve ever had!!!! He really did make the BEST drinks. All of the stars was amazing, I will definitely stay again!

Hotels.com did not provide updated information to the hotel, so my reservation was “lost”..(per their concierge).. even with a confirmation code..luckily, I was still able to get a room and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good, just know that there is a reasonable charge for the buffet style spread.

Our room was apparently next to a conference room where there was a party going on until 4-5am. There was banging on the walls, loud music, etc. It was impossible to sleep. I’ll never stay at this location again.

I was disappointed the ad stated a hot tub present and there is no hot tub. Also Maintenance and remodeling left messes on first floor when my family checked in for a wedding Saturday. The staff were excellent and the location convenient to all weekend festivities.

The hotel was easy to find and was clean. Check in and Check out was easy. I only wish breakfast was included instead of an extra charge.

We thought we were getting a two bedroom unit with a living area in the middle but it was just two rooms total. The door opened to a room with attached bathroom, a couch, king bed. Bedroom attached to it had no bathroom and butted up to the public men's bathroom for the main level. Our room smelled horrible, (like poop) was loud when people flushed and loud because it was close to the lobby and the room didn't have carpet. The rooms had no way to darken the room enough to get a good sleep.

The restaurant in hotel turned out to be real convenient for tired travelers.

The room was very clean and open with plenty of space. The shower was really nice. It waa a bit ridiculous to pay $15 per person for the breakfast because it was the exact breakfast buffet i get at the Holiday inn for free. And they dont even serve you. Its self serve. But it was a nice hotel. We even had a few drinks at the bar and it was very well stocked.

The front desk attendants were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and stores. If you are a light sleeper this place may not be for you. My room wall adjoined with the elevator so every time someone used it you heard a loud buzzing sound. There was also construction going on right outside of my room at the time of my stay from 8AM until 6 or 7PM. So with the construction of course the hallway carpets were a bit messy. Overall not a horrible stay, nothing that the hotel or employees can do about construction unfortunately.

When we arrived at check-in time of 3:00 pm our room wasn't ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes while others came in and were quickly checked-in. We could hear everything going on in the hallway outside our room. At 9:00 pm, we could hear the people talking and walking back and forth on the floor above us. At 11:00 pm, our next door neighbor yelled at her husband for about 20 mins non-stop. We could hear every word. Then he had extreme coughing attacks the rest of the night keeping us up. Soundproofing is non-existent. The A/C didn't work and when we went to breakfast in the morning they wanted to charge us another $14 per person. At $160 a night for this low quality hotel that was outrageous. The rooms were recently "renovated". Very poor renovations at best. Worst hotel experience in 40 years!

Updated quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Huge TV. Cooked to order breakfast was great but not included but reasonably priced. Close to Arvest baseball stadium and interstate highway. Extremely friendly staff, especially the general manager. The location was perfect for what I had planned.

Mostly good stay, only complaint i have would be that i requested for a handicap room and didn’t get one. Making things a bit harder as a lower limb amputee. Other than that the room was clean and stay was nice.

The only negative was the renovation and a little shabby contractor work which I let the staff know about. Otherwise we really like staying here the young ladies at front desk are very attentive and helpful. Love the cookies and hospitality.

The property was clean. The only downmark is the breakfast wasn't free, and it was subpar at best. It was not as good as breakfasts in other hotels that you get for free. Food was cold, at 8:45 on a Sunday. :(

A/C was out in my room...tried adjusting thermostat but it was flashing batteries and wouldn't adjust. It was not "uncomfortable" so did not complain until I walked into the hall the next morning and realized just how much warmer it was in the room. As I said, they were never aware of the issue until I informed them at checkout, so this is something they may well have been able to fix...the cookies were good as was everything else about our stay.

I like the fact that it's right off the highway and close to places to eat that can be walked to.

Of course, always the cookies given at check-in. One of the most comfortable beds, with feather/down pillows and comforter. Very friendly staff. Linens for bed and bath are high quality.

WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO STAY IN THE ROOMS AT THE TOP FLOOR WHICH HAD JUST BEEN REMODELED!

All of the staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is somewhat tired. Our room was fine, but the bed was not very comfortable and the AC didn’t work well enough. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice. It’s well located for visits to the University of Arkansas.

Hotel is in a great location close to Interstate (but no noticeable road noise) restaurants, shopping, etc. Apparent the hotel is older but they are remodeling. Rooms are large and beds are very comfy. Staff was very friendly

I have stayed there a few times and have always enjoyed my stay this time my room smelled like wet dog urine. It’s debatable if I will stay there again.

The Doubletree in Springdale Arkansas was a great place to stay. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well designed. Our room was comfortable and roomy. I would choose it again.

The front desk staff were very personable, professional, & helpful!! The hotel is in a great location to get to the Walmart Amphitheater & other attractions.

The room was in good condition but warm and humid. Near the elevator, which was not an issue (no noise heard). The A/C unit had lost its mind and would not keep the room cool, no matter the setting. It was almost like the cold air blew up into the curtains, falling down on the thermostat of the A/C unit and then shutting it off. So, the unit would short-cycle constantly (on for a minute, off for a couple minutes until the thermostat realized it really wasn't cool). There was no way to keep the curtains closed without the air blowing up into the curtains (maybe throw a bag on top of the A/C unit?). Anyways, despite the bed being mostly comfortable, we kept waking up sweating. So, we didn't sleep much -- which is, after all, the point of staying in the hotel overnight. We would probably stay somewhere else next time. But, the area was nice with plenty of places nearby to eat.

Staff was nice. Property is dated, air conditioning in rooms doesn’t seem to run like it should and no air in bathrooms, so gets pretty warm after showers. Not really set up to handle a sell out for baseball tournament. No hot water and ice machines were broken.

The staff member I dealt with a couple of times, had a, I don't care attitude and I don't care about the computer not working in the lounge. Also, when I passed him in the hallway, never said good morning or anything to me, only responded when I spoke.

The elevator was out of order the night we got there and the next morning. The guy at the front desk was in a bad mood because of things going on and took it out of us. He was rude and had a pissed tone at us who had nothing to do with us. The breakfast cost $10 per person. I have stayed at many hotels at the same cost and breakfast is always complementary. Room was fine but service was terrible.

Very Old

One of the worst rooms that we have ever stayed in, especially at a DoubleTree. There was no hot water. It seemed they put us in a room where all the disgarded furniture was stored. Staff on site wouldn't make any changes or other arrangements. Disappointing. Crossing DoubleTree Hotels off our list for future travel.

Stayed in DoubleTree property before, this one is not as good!

This is NOT a typical Doubletree. Looks like a sub-standard old Hampton like hotel that they slapped the Doubletree name on. Only resemblance of a Doubletree was the beds, bedding, and cookies.
