Room was clean. Staff was helpful.

The manager I dealt with the next day was amazing and assisted me and took care of the issue I had.

It was fine for the price. Overall fairly clean, had some mold in a window sill and chair was kind of stained. People were friendly and helpful.

Always clean and staff is always friendly. This is my go to weekly for my work.

Conveniently located, clean, quiet, easy check-in, well-appointed rooms, economically priced.

Nice place to stay

This is my new go to when I travel for work! It’s very nice and the staff was very helpful! It feels very comfortable and cozy!

We only stayed one night but for what we needed it was just fine. The room/bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Check in/out was simple. The gentleman working the front desk was welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean but had that kind of “old” smell to it. Beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't great, Biscuits were hard and sausage was greasy. Bed pillows were used up. There was 6-8 in gap from top of mattress to wall. Pillows would fall behind mattress. Poor water pressure in shower

Location was close everything needed the breakfast was delicious. The Facility was very nice and clean. They accommodated you well we definitely. If in the area considered staying there again. No outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather

Clean room

Though minor, the bathroom was showing some wear. And the toilet sounded like it had breathing problems.

Staff were helpful and it was in close proximity to our event.

Additionally, the room did not meet expectations. The bed and sheets had visible stains, including a noticeable brown stain on the side of the bed, which was very concerning. The overall condition of the room was just okay, but there was an unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Because of these issues, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend this place to others. The 2 men are rude

The location suited our need, including several good fast food restaurants across the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of types of pillows to choose from. We liked that there was a couch in the room and a nightlight. Some of the breakfast items were not very tasty, in our opinion. The hair dryer was somewhat damaged, but the proprietor was told and he said he would replace it. Also, there were no USB plugs for phone charging. We had plenty of cords, and there were plenty of outlets but nothing to plug them in to.

Great location for us being very central in the little town, close to restaurants and shopping. I did sleep well in the bed and the showers were hot. I enjoyed the saltwater pool. For starters the room when we first walked in was very muggy and damp smelling almost like sweaty feet. There was a very very dim light to light the way to the back of the room so we could turn on more lighting which did finally shed light on everything else... I am by far not someone who complains or is disgruntled by any means but this was also by far my worst experience. Maybe it was only this room but if so they should not be selling it until repairs are done. The ceiling had a very cheap repair running the full span in 2 places. Pieces of it were falling onto the floor it was so cheap. The a/c was moldy in the louvers, and if I may note I clean those A/C units in rooms for a living it's not that time consuming or hard. The wall paper was peeling off in several places "more than 5 places" in just the living room... in the bathroom there was no exhaust fan to remove excess moisture and the toilet fill valve definitely needed replaced, it would fill the toilet in spurts not a steady stream like it normally is supposed to work. The counter top in the bathroom was separating from the back splash from sagging. The wallpaper in the bathroom was "caked" in a few spots with miold and peeling off the walls. Due to all the mold we did not feel comfortable eating in our room or using the coffee machine. I would have pushed to move rooms but it was late at night when we finally arrived and we're very tired. The pool room was advertised as a heated pool but very much in our disappointment it was not. The ceiling paint was falling down and filling with moisture. Our room was 218 located just above the pool and steam room........ due to our disappointment with everything I have left this review. I do hope it will spark some initiative in cooperate to make some changes because others will not be as kind. Thank you for the stay but we should have a higher standards for 140 a night stays....

Easy check in. Clean room AC controller was out of batteries so the temperature was never stable. Turned on and off frequently even without reaching the desired temperature.

I didn't like that. We were taken to a room that hadn't been cleaned. The bedding was undone. There were candy wrappers everywhere and towels on the bathroom floor. So we went back down and asked for a different room because of that and then we got put in a room that was on the end and that was nice but the blankets had burn holes in them and makeup stains.

Just in town for a Razorback game for one night. Room was great, lots of breakfast options, berynquiet and close to 49 to head to Fayetteville. Highly recommend!

Easy location to find. Went to game in Fayetteville.

I would recommend this hotel to my families & friends but you should let customers know in advance that there will be a fee after you purchase you room online just in case they don’t have enough money on hand & the receptionist should politely hand the customer their money to their hand & not throw them on the desk. The checkin was super easy. The staff was super nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and will book a room from them in the future.

So I got there to check in. They sent us to a room. It wasn’t ready and the lady that was cleaning the room told us go downstairs and tell them that this is not ready so they sent us to a second room and it wasn’t there. It was dirty Pizza boxes on the floor. The beds weren’t done so the guy in the front of the service dad said I’ll be back and he want to check the room since he took us to another room but the sheets were dirty. I wasn’t satisfied.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was terrible from wallpaper pealing all over the room, dirty carpet, stains all over the bedding, dusty and just plain dirty.

I would never book this hotel anymore, the microwave was dusty and dirty, i had to change the room keys three times and the front desk person was saying that i have to keep it far away from my phone like what does my phone have to do with it, the iron wasn’t even working either and when i asked if i can get another that works he said that it’s still working. But overall the room was clean and housekeeping was alright. Never gonna book this hotel ever again.

Only complaint was our room thermostat was hard to see and the low battery light was flashing on it. the man at the desk just blew it off and said don't worry about it.

Overall good but breakfast was less than expected. Had to repeatedly ask wkend kitchen person to refill empty items, one of fountains on drink machine didn't work but would spray liquid out on floor if pressed-no way to know it wasn't working right. I asked server to put a note on so People would know - she never did, not sure she understood

Clean room and friendly staff

This property was clean but older looking. Breakfast items ran completely out before they were replenished.

The room key had to be redone when we checked in and again on the last night. The night clerk said it was because it was beside my husband's cell phone, which it was NOT.

It was ok. Compared with a couple of years ago, it seems to be deteriorating more rapidly than it should. My TV remote was not working. My bed did not have a top sheet so the only cover I had was a scratchy comforter that I wasn’t sure had been washed

The property was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location and great dining options close to it. The only thing negative I have to say is that the breakfast was very disappointing.

Nice clean hotel. The laundry detergent or fabric softener had an odd herbal or spicy perfume smell, but all the linens were obviously clean. At breakfast, a watery orange drink mix was used instead of real juice, but the rest was about what one would expect. Lots of other options for food were nearby. Overall, was a good experience and we would stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. Close to restaurants, lots of parking, quiet, close to the interstate to get to Fayetteville and to get out of town. Rooms were good size, clean. Breakfast was ok, on par for most hotels with free breakfast.

The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

The man at front desk was accommodating, but unfortunately felt the need to run down the neighboring facility to make his look better. Not too classy.

It’s an old property and the room had a musty smell. But the beds were very very comfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Ours wasn’t very comfy and now I have a crick in my neck. But the beds were super comfy!! It was very quiet and breakfast was hot and satisfying!

Maid services were great . Wished the pool was outside.

The sana was broke and the pool was ice cold other then that it was way to over priced for the quality of the room.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last few years and it never disappoints. Always courteous and friendly staff, clean facilities and easy access to activities.

Be cautious of extra fees. I booked on hotels.com for one price but when I checked in the hotel added an extra fee and ended up charging me $8 more. When I checked in I was told breakfast was from 7am-10am went down at 9am they had shut everything down, found out they had told another family on our trip breakfast was 6am-9am, went down the next morning at 8am and there was hardly anything out and what was out was sub par. The pillow cases were stained and the pool looked green. If in a bind and for the price it’s ok but I don’t know that it would be my first choice to stay here again.

The property was surrounded by everything you could think of. Things I did not like was the AC was not cool enough, as if it would shut off in the morning. Plus no extra mirrors as you see in other hotels, one the one in the restroom is what you had to work with. But they did offer two ironing boards and 2 irons ???? One of those could have been replaced by a body mirror.

Advertised as a suite. When questioned was told because it had a microwave and mini fridge it was a suite!

2: you can tell its a franchise hotel because the owners seem like penny pinchers. All over the breakfast are a there are printed signs that say you are not allowed to take breakfast to your room. Coffee is not 24/7 like most hotels under this brand. The best thing about this hotel is that evening/night shift girl who works the front desk. She was really sweet and lovely, too bad she won't be long. My last morning the front desk lady started yelling at a guest in the breakfast area. IDK why. This is my honest review. I do stay in a lot of hotels for work.

I was honestly very surprised. I jad low expectations going in, but everything was great. The room was clean, the showers were hot, and the breakfast was above average as far as continental breakfasts go. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasant place

Came down next morning for breakfast and everything was great. Probably the largest variety of items that I have seen at any hotel. They had ham, egg and cheese croissants. They had many waffles for the waffle maker. They had oatmeal, cereal, bacon, eggs, bagels that were plain and cinnamon raisin. And cinnamon raisin. Also had muffins. Coffee, tea. They also had merchandise for purchase like chips and candy, as well as maybe some toiletries as well. It was a nice spread. Spread. We are only there for a night but definitely enjoyed ourselves. The only thing was the room was super hot and it took us a minute to cool it down. It was pretty cold outside but you know when the room is 72° when you walk in, we almost melted. We would definitely stay there again.

Wasn’t able to have visitors. Which makes no sense when it’s the holidays and people wanna visit their family so I couldn’t even visit my family at the hotel I paid over $100 a night. They asked me how many people was staying and I told them 3 and they didn’t say they was going to take $15 from my deposit . Then I called and asked them and they said because the third person and that’s not cool to not inform the guess for the extra charges. Very disappointing stay and I will never be staying at that hotel ever again.

Relaxing stay at the hotel after a long trip on the road. Check in clerk was pleasant. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good menu items on free breakfast.

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times because it is convenient to the NWA Naturals ballpark but more importantly because of the hospitality, the cleanliness and it is quiet, safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. It never has disappointed us.

We have stayed here many times. It is nice, clean, and inexpensive. About 10 minute drive from the UArk campus so a much cheaper alternative than the ones right by campus.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only problem was we booked and paid for a king room and they put us in a room with two full sized beds. Management was also knocking on our door at 11:04 telling us to leave (check-out time is 11:00) and I was on a Zoom meeting that ran just a bit over.

Wonderful hotel…nice rooms and very comfy beds!

Fitness area want much but cardio. Breakfast area was small and not enough places to sit. Food was pretty good though. Rooms where nice big and clean. Beds where soft and comfy. Shower was a little small and outdated.

The heater for the pool didn’t work. Other than that the room and staff was great.

this was our second time to stay here and it is still a wonderful place to stay when visiting northwest arkansas. the property and rooms are immaculate and its in a quiet and safe area of the city. We will definitely return.
