Amazing place - well organized and located

​We had a fantastic stay at Rota Suites. Raffaella's hospitality was exceptional; her warmth and helpfulness were outstanding. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well-equipped. To top it off, the location is excellent. Highly recommended! Nothing, it's perfect

None This was an active construction zone. They had scaffolding all over this “hotel” and started hammering and drilling at 8am in the morning every morning. The hotel staff didn’t feel bad about it at all and made it seem like it was our fault for not reporting it after the first day. The hotel amenities nor the service deserve a 4 star rating. They should be a two star at best. To be clear after the first morning we didn’t want to complain about something if it was a one time occurrence. After three mornings of having construction workers hammering and drilling on our balcony able to look into our bedroom because they were 1-2 feet away, it was too much. If you like getting woken up every morning by construction workers, uncomfortable beds, showers that spray water everywhere, and the inhospitable hotel staff, then this is the place for you.

We took 2 rooms - both spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Very helpful, warm, and kind, and gave us a feeling of a "home away from home" (thank you so much Rafaella - you are wonderful ??).

Location is great. And the rooms are spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen helped to have a quick breakfast as our day started very early. Staff is very helpful. It was raining and thunderstorm so we were put in the hotel till like noon. There was construction going on above unit and it started like 8-9am and it was non stop. Started giving us heahaches. After we complained they told us there was some repairs and ensured it would be completed before evening. Maybe they were emergency not sure. Apart from this no other issue.

The room was excellent, hotel was very nice and all the staff, especially Raffeala, were amazing & helpful. Nothing.

Convenient location I would have preferred a larger place for a week stay, but this was not the fault of Rota Suites. No Netflix Had to pay to wash clothes or use the iron.

Excellent location and the care taken by the staff was amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely rooms, nice size, comfortable, clean

Rota Suites is in a great location. Just 5mins walk to the main Piazza and Station. Kitchenette was fantastic as we had own stove to cook, toaster, Kettle and Fridge. Supermarket is a short walk up the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a flash.

Rooms are capacious considering Europe. Was nice considering we were visiting from US and struggled with room sizes. Location is great . Walking distance to town with really nice local shops to explore and experience the culture . They have the same management as grand hotel Rivera and you can book access to pool and beach, it’s a 2-3 min walk. You can rent vespa and electric bikes from near the hotel. The host was very kind and accommodating. No iron in the room . You have to go to the laundry room to iron. There is onsite laundry but the drier is not worth much . I hand to hang my clothes out to dry after using the drier ?.

Everything was great.. everything is new and nice. The location is pretty good . Would definitely recommend or stay there again Nothing .. everything was perfect
