Relais Correale Rooms & Garden

Very small secluded part of the complex. The staff was super attentive and friendly and because there's only a few rooms it's easy to work with them on any issues or accomodations. Absolutely lovely and massive rooms, that were super clean and had a beautiful look.

The location was both very convenient and wonderfully quiet. The six rooms are in a lemon Grove - about as unique and environment, as you could imagine. The breakfast was good, not great, but the staff was extremely friendly and caring. Relate no complaints whatsoever.

Beautifully appointed with large rooms. A 6 room hotel with an amazing garden and restaurant. Easy walk in 10-15 minutes to center of town. All flat walking. Very close to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the water where there are benches. Everything was great. Restaurant was perfect and courtyard filled with lemon trees perfect.

Everything about this place was exceptional. We had a wonderful experience. The location is in a lomon orchard. The room and facilities were outstanding and the staff were just brilliant. Breakfast was great - could not have been better. Nothing

Relais Correale is a unique place to stay - great location in Sorrento near the pedestrian area of shops and restaurants and also close to spectacular views of the water. The room was clean and spacious the bathroom was clean with a big tub and shower. Relais staff were outstanding, helping us get into the property , provided parking for a fee ( in this busy town with no parking that is worth it). The breakfast provided was very good. What made all of this unique- the property is an active lemon grove in the heart of town and Relai Correale sits right in the cent of the lemon and other citrus trees - very cool setting. Finding the location while driving on busy Sorrento streets was a little challenging in the rain, but the Lemon tree archway with the name helps identify that you have arrived. Parking is through the archway that looks like just a walk way to a restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful to guide us in.

The location was convenient, especially if taking the train or ferries. The room itself was not clean. Even though cleaning staff visited every day, the bathroom still had previous guests’ hair in the tub and (strangely) wrapped around the sink’s pipes. The walls were clearly falling apart due to water damage and the vent fan was broken and hanging off the wall. The jacuzzi tub was broken, the drain was broken, and it wouldn’t have mattered anyway because the room couldn’t maintain hot water. There was also dust covering the stone ceiling. The free water in the fridge was in an old bottle that was rusting. You could hear the kitchen staff clearly from the bathroom. The continental breakfast was almost all store bought, teaming with bugs, and some of the fresher items were covered in mold or looked like it had seen better days. Staff were inattentive. When we left our room we made sure all windows were locked since we were on the first floor. When we came back, the window in the bathroom was left open. This is a huge security risk! All of our belongings were in the room and made accessible, so it never really felt like a safe stay after that.

We loved the place but we stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was a bit noisy. The kitchen was on one side of us, and the restaurant was at our window. We had to keep the shutters closed because women kept using our window to put makeup on.

The place looks very beautiful, surrounded with lemon trees - feels like a resort, in a perfect middle location in Sorrento. Great hospitality, very good breakfast, and amazing restaurant.

It was a great place to stay! A nice, quiet location in a lemon & orange grove in Sorrento. Easily walkable to every touristy area, but a bit outside of the hubub. The daily breakfast was nice - they provided it to us the night before twice because we had early morning activities. And the days we got to eat at the property was even more lovely in the lemon grove. The bed was too firm for me, my husband loved it! We were just happy to find a King sized bed, a lot of the hotel websites were unclear. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that they provided us with filtered waters, but the bottles were clearly being reused and the caps were moldy. They need sterilized between use, not just refilled.

We were in the Junior suite, the back could of been more lighted and hot tub was very cold so we could not use it.

Beautiful setting, lovely food and the cooking class was excellent - and they cleaned your room everyday and gave a complimentary bottle of lemoncillo The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we had to put two duvet inners on top of mattress and we still didn’t slept well - the bed needs upgrading

Liked the staff, front office and service all very helpful. It was a wonderful location and high quality room. Air conditioning, blankets and pillows, shower and a stocked refrigerator. Breakfast was a good variety of protein and carbohydrates choices with fresh fruit always. Cappuccino!!! So yummy!! The attached restaurant had wonderful quality food for both lunch and dinner . Staff arranged day excursions and a cooking class for us It rained for 2 of the 4 days we were there

Location, cleanliness, decorations, lemon trees etc everything is just like the internet. Almost every day our room is cleaned by the stuff Breakfast can be improved (more alternative)

We loved our stay so much! The staff were incredible and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, as well as helping us out when our car transfer was cancelled last minute. The hotel is just a short walk into town, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the restaurant is incredible, and the cooking class was so much fun. Nothing, it was all excellent
