Location and the staff Nothing

Spacious, clean, good conveniant location. Very polite owner and a big bonus having the possibility to leave the luggage in the storage before check in and after check out

Highly recommend! Close to the train and bus station

I loved the room and the location, it was very easy to get everywhere in Sorrento, and the room was clean and beautiful. Me and my partner wanted privacy and the staff were not very accommodating towards this, even walking in on her while asleep and while the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly up.

Breakfast in the room but no table. Would prefer self serve.

Everything was great. Will stay again.

The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly. The pillows were very flat.

Very clean, nice breakfast delivered to room. Pretty handy location - we walked all over town. Super friendly, able to store bags for day after check out while we adventured with less weight on our backs! Nothing bad to say here. We liked it.

Location and value for money

Everything perfect, the hosts are amazing, very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast is nice and served in the room, by a extremely nice and friendly lady. Location is very good too, near the train station and easily walkable to / from the city center. Nothing

Ten minute walk from the station. Comfortable bed. Pleasant breakfast staff. Poor welcome- I had sent VERY explicit details of my train arrival time plus updates with my progress when in was in the town and at the door of the left luggage place where I was supposed to meet them as directed. No reply by them to these messages after first two. Left standing 15minutes alone where they continued to ignore my messages and voicemail. so gave up. Had to walk back to station dragging my cases where I'd seen a left luggage place (Shut) by now very annoyed and tired. I had plans and really wanted to leave my stuff at the apartment and ironically even their left luggage place was shut downstairs. WONDERFUL station employee helped me and suggested a connection he knew of in a local car park who would watch my bags for a fee. This enabled me to go ahead with my plans. NO apology for their total cock up of the agreed meeting point and time or the inconvenience. Breakfast was usual Italian basic (and juice was cheap diluting fruit something or other, not nice). I bought things at local supermarket. Two camomile teabags and that's was all in the room. Decor was clean but tired and had some damage. Bathroom - shower worked well but it is painted a hideous red colour. They went on and on about the toilet and how if I threw anything down I would be charged - exhibition flush on arrival! It was clearly suspect Italian plumbing and prone to not working as it had a macerator and was very noisy so it's not impossible another unsuspecting tourist would be accused of breaking it and charged even if no abuse. I went in February deliberately to avoid the crowds. Sorrento is mostly shut down at this time of year but the restaurants are slim pickings anyway. There's not much to Sorrento, and it's really a day visit or the place you get the boat to Capri/ bus to Amalfi from. (PS don't know why Booking.com has auto generated a score of 7 - I would have gone lower).

We stayed there for 2 nights. Room was spacious and clean and equipped with electric kettle and other necessities. Gabrielle was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was on time and served in the room. Breakfast option is a bit limited but it is value for money.
