Breakfast was very good. It was a 10 minute walk to Piazza Tasso and a 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The rooftop porch was excellent to catch the sunset. Pillows were not comfortable and they had no proper blanket, just thin sheets. But the bed was very comfortable. It didnt feel like a 4 star hotel.

Location was excellent, I was able to park at facility. Rooms were clean with plenty of space, staff was friendly!

The air conditioning was off and our room was damp and stuffy and the view on our side of the building was disappointing.

Loved our balcony upgrade, we enjoyed the view of the Sea. The breakfast was delicious! The Plaza was an easy walk. I forgot to mention the rooftop bar. I would definetly stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights, the location was perfect, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was small but adequate, very clean, very comfortable bed. I would recommend this place. From Canada.

I like the friendly welcoming staff. I also like the fact that I could leave my luggage in a safe place after I checked out to enjoy the rest of my afternoon. The 6th terrace was also great while I waited for my room. I wished there was a complimentary water bottle on our arrival.

The location, the breakfast and the ability to store your luggage for free after checkout were awesome! How small the room and shower is for the price I paid was not worth it.. also my bed did not smell clean

It marked the wrong location via google map, so we arrived at wrong place at first, at late night. It was definitely not good. And two staffs seem not willing to help with it, though some of the staffs are nice. It was clean, the facilities was good, the real location was good. But because of the wrong location mark and the attitude, not recommended.

Breakfast to go for early departure

I chose the hotel based on prior reviews, particularly highlighting the cleanliness and location of the rooms. We were not disappointed, the room was spot clean and spacious, with ample storage and working AC. Amazing view from the 5th floor on the ocean, overlooking the bay, it was amazing to spend time on the balcony for sunsets. Alternatively the 6th floor outdoor was pretty nice with sun lounge and a bar. Location is a short stroll from the Train station and the Piazza Tasso, plenty of restaurants access including one just down the road (La Limonaia). Staff very nice and helpful, prompt check-in/out. Wifi very strong. N/A

No handicap ramp

The location was great and the front desk staff were attentive and personable. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Also, the view from our room was beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll like to go back there soon ? Nothing
