This is a decent hotel with friendly staff and near the station. Rooms were fine and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. At times there was some late-night noise/singing from the restaurant opposite (not in the hotel's control)

Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs a bit runny but it is Italy. over all it was good, shower is way too small for adults

The beds were very firm. Not what you want for more than a single overnight stay. The pool temperature was very cold. A keyless door system would be a nice upgrade.

Very disappointing to be charged an extra $ 65 per night for a baby cot. I asked for a recommendation for a hairdresser, but the staff never got back to me, and there was no effort to help. We were travelling with my son & family at breakfast he ordered 2 eggs & was refused until I stepped in

I didn’t really like anything about this place. The man working in the front desk when I arrived was less than friendly and not very accommodating. Another worker at the front desk was however friendly and that’s why I’m not giving an even lower score.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The pool was an added bonus and the balcony space was key. The location is great too. Everything was great!

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well. The hotel did not receive my request for two single beds. (This was okay, since we pulled them apart from a double bed ourselves.) The air conditioning did not work either; this was okay, since the weather was cool (we just kept the window open).

The location was ok My daughter got badly burnt in the shower, asked to see the manager and was told they were not there, explained what happened to receptionist and his response was she must have turned it up!!!! This was not the case the water was at a warm temperature and while she was washing herself the water turned boiling resulting in her burning her leg, the man on reception did not care and neither did the manager as I asked the receptionist to get him to contact me and he did not bother
