It was cleaned everyday and I believe there isn't much the staff can do but there were many ants in the bathroom

The breakfast was wonderful. After checkout we requested that our luggage be kept with the hotel for 24 hours and the hotel manager was very accommodating. The location is also great - very close to the train station and all the restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was nice, as were the service people. The location was an easy walk to the trains and main attractions. Plenty of places to get anything needed. The manager, J.P. made a special trip to bring us an arm sling for an injured arm. This was super nice. The housekeeping staff, too. Many thanks ! The Wifi did not work in our room. Out in the hall it did, but... The heat was centrally controlled and marginal at best. One or two nights without these would be OK. Five was NOT. They would not allow us to change rooms.

Housekeeping staff was really friendly and helpful. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. They seemed to really not want to engage.

Location wasn’t bad. It was about a 15-20min walk from the main part of town, but saved us hundreds of dollars. They had a pool but we didn’t use it, so that’s a nice touch. Before I even get started on the room, the staff at this location is extremely rude. The majority of people we dealt with were nice, but two of the men were so rude that they overshadowed the other staff. Let’s start with the front desk person. He was a middle-age gentleman with glasses and he wasn’t particularly rude initially. However, one afternoon my wife and I came back from visiting the town and I asked him for fresh towels. He gave me such a hard time and stated that the only way to get fresh towels was from the cleaning staff in the morning, but since I put a do not disturb sign up, I missed the opportunity to get fresh towels. I was so confused because I couldn’t understand why he couldn’t just give me a set of fresh towels, but he kept arguing with me and saying that I had to wait until tomorrow to get fresh towels from the staff. Finally, after going back and forth, he said he didn’t have the keys to the towel closet, but that he’d try and get the key from his co worker. He said he would bring me fresh towels in a few minutes. It took him almost an hour to finally come to my door at which point he rudely handed the towels to me and stormed off. The next night we came home from being out on the town and walked into the lobby to see the same gentleman yelling at the top of his lungs at a patron. It sounded like the patron booked a room, but for some reason, it didn’t show up in the hotel system. Who knows, the patron might’ve been rude or wouldn’t take no for an answer, but that’s no excuse for a staff member to aggressively yell at a patron. I’m talking top of his lungs yelling. The man who staffs the pool area was also very rude. I approached him at one point to ask how much a couple items cost and he wasn’t pleasant or friendly at all. No smiling, frowning at me, and answering with one word answers. I would gladly spend a couple hundred more bucks to stay somewhere else. I should’ve listened to the other reviews.

Customer service, complimentary breakfast and short walk to the train and bus station were outstanding!

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Lot of choices and good quality Shower was not good. Rooms were old and staff was not very friendly
