Location was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Greeted with a glass of the best lemonade I’ve ever had upon arrival. Honestly not much.

We had no opinion of the pool facilities since they were closed (season) during our stay.

We stayed at Gardenia off season. Taking this into account, we had a very nice price and an upgraded room. The staff, starting from Signor Toni to the nice lady at reception and the waiters at the restaurant, I cannot imagine a better service and a better staff. The room was almost perfect, we had a beautiful balcony. There was a mini fridge. The breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is about 1 km to the center, the bathroom was a bit small.

Good location within walking distance from sorrento and with local bus outside too. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Exceptionally clean and with wonderful staff who were all cheerful, kind and helpful throughout. Roof terrace facing the bay of Naples was a perfect place to sit and swimming pool a bonus - even in October . Little touches like the welcome drinks and apertivo snacks welcome. Breakfast was lovely. Main road could be a bit noisy

Absolutely everything about it ,is as a hotel should be. Just a small detail at happy hour they we’re pushy.

The property was located within walking distance to the city center, which was nice. It was on a busy street, but there were lots of food options as well as shopping. Even with the do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping came in to our room. One night when we left for dinner and came back we noticed someone had been in our room. You shouldn’t have to worry about your belongings when you step out of the hotel to go to dinner. The breakfast that is included is the same every single day mostly cakes, and pastries with runny eggs and beans and hotdogs.

What a beautiful boutique Ascend Collection hotel! The entire decor is exquisite and elegant! Every appointment is well thought out. The details are many- marble staircase, delicious breakfast buffet (the best we've seen in Italy!) , gorgeous metal backlit artwork, spacious balconies with seaview, view of vesuivus and the water from pool deck.Romantic and comfortable! All the staff was outstanding! Every need is met with hospitality and friendliness. I truly felt like family by the time we left. We will always stay here when we come! Book direct! You won't regret it! Everything was fantastic!

I loved the staff...super friendly and informative! This hotel is clean and comfortable! We had dinner at the hotel on our last night in Sorrento and Tiziana was our server and our cook! The food was absolutely delicious and the Tiramisu was the best I ever had! Visit Tiziana, she was the best!! Love this hotel, we would definitely go back!!! Nothing at all

Fantastic spot. Excellent staff . Extremely clean and very close to station and many bars and restaurants Quite noisy because on a busy road but still didn’t bother us .

Pool area fantastic; balanced breakfast and very clean. Pool bar - overly priced. Focus less on margins, balance your pricing and most likely you will actually make more profit. So many people around the pool just not taking advantage of the menu for fear of bankruptcy.

The whole stay was a wonderful experience, the staff the food the location everything was fabulous Tea and coffee facilities in the room would of been very good

It had a pool,restaurant and bar and staff were wonderful I bit of a walk into town
