Very clean, pretty, and beautiful views Nice staff The gym was very bad, not a gym at all & the pool closed way too early.. after all day shopping, we want to jump in the pool. Should definitely stay open until 8pm/10pm Drinks were over priced

Very noisy and small rooms

I didn’t like that they put 2 twin beds together to make it look like a queen bed. The middle part it’s uncomfortable. Also, it’s NOT all inclusive ONLY breakfast is. They shouldn’t call themselves All Inclusive.

Be careful of the bar. They double charged us for our drinks and then made us feel so uncomfortable when we questioned them. Really made us feel awful. Ruined the whole experience. Felt punished The mistreatment when we questioned the bar bill

Pool and Waterside deck/swimming excellent. Breakfast (only meal) excellent. Room-booked large double and got 2 twins put together. Hum of outside air conditioning unit throughout night. Bar is in dining room so no seperate place to have a drink in the hotel until after service is finished-after 10pm.The staff don't try hard enough compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed at. For example, we arrived at the swimming pool to be told they didn't expect guests until after 2pm. It was 1:50pm. We still had to wait until after 3pm for towels.....

The property was right on the coast and very beautiful. It was only .5 mile walk to the middle of town. It was clean and accessible to basically everything. We also love the turndown service. We would leave momentarily and our room would be tidied up when we returned. Lastly, we got engaged on our trip in Sorrento and the staff wrote us a very nice note and treated us to complementary champagne in the bar. It was a little older but that’s to be expected in an older city like Sorrento. Smaller units as well but again, to be expected.

Amasing view, excellent location, fully professional, supporting and very kind personnel helping with all of our needs during our stay. Everything was perfect.

The view from terrace was amazing . Nice spot to sit and watch the sun set . Room was small overlooking carpark with small view of ocean in background .Cleaners trolley out side our room so disrupted by there noise in the morning . The shower over a small bath dangerous and not a nice experience to shower . The restaurant had no atmosphere and more like cafeteria feel.Food was not enjoyable and one day we were seated at a table in a corner with wet towels and a bucket to catch water from leaking roof . Restaurant over priced. My advice pay the 20Euro for taxi and go to town and eat ! It’s cheaper, nicer experience and tastes much better

The view is exceptional and the location perfect, not in the town but only 10/15 minute walk. Amenities and refreshments were all amazing. Breakfast was great, love the omelette / egg service. Beach deck was great.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! There were lots of choices at breakfast. The beach area was very nice! The views of the Bay from the hotel were beautiful! There was nothing I didn't like!
