The luxury Grand Hotel Ambasciatori is perched on a cliff overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in Sorrento. Offering views of the Bay of Naples from its rooftop terrace, it also has a private beach, garden with pool and free WiFi. Decorated with stucco ceilings, all rooms are very elegant and come with antique furniture and chairs or armchairs. Each one has an LCD TV and a balcony, some with beautiful sea views. Everything was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located on the cliff right above the sea. A lot of rooms have amazing seaview. You can easily reach the hotel’s private beach through the lift which is very convenient. There are everything you need on the private beach - sun-beds and umbrellas. The breakfasts were very good - all foods were fresh and there were a great variety of different of vegetables and fruits as well as eggs, pancakes, meet, cheese and fish. The dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was also very good. Nothing

The hotel didn't provide a shuttle like other hotels to take you to the Old Town or to the port and it was quite a walk from the hotel.

beautiful facility with a beautiful view of the water, abundant and helpful staff, great access to a large sun deck a little further from town center than expected, we had to pay for parking at the facility

The location was perfect. In the middle of the center and close to all shopping stores. The best thing about the trip was the staff. They are very professional, helpfull, friendly, and they go way beyond thier job to make you feel comfortable. With all honesty, the staff made our trip so perfect You have to pay extra for beach club. It should be included in your reservation

It’s beautiful! The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The ground were beautiful and there is so much room to find a private place to lounge and enjoy. The staff was very helpful. We took a private boat tour to almalfi coast and I felt happy, after visiting those towns, that we stayed in sorrento. It’s less crowded and charming. The gym is really tiny and I wish they had a bigger spa with amenities (sauna etc)

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular, a wonderful way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was very much appreciated. The view was only a little bit obstructed due to the balcony next door. But we had a beautiful view of the pool and the marina.

The property was stunning in every respect. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. The location was perfect in regard to the town center area. Simply exceptional in every regard. There wasn’t anything that we did not like.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is so helpful, amazing grounds and the views are spectacular A 15-20 minutes walk to center of Sorrento- but that means it’s quite at night- a plus.

This property is absolutely stunning! The views and ambience are unparalleled! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Sabrina and Max, who continued to be so helpful and wonderful throughout our stay. The room was beyond our expectations..and again, views from the balcony were stunning. While this hotel is slightly outside the center of town (shopping, restaurants), it’s an easy walk. We stayed at the hotel several days just to relax and enjoyed the most beautiful private beach club and pool. Have to thank Pietro at the beach and pool! He was amazingly attentive and friendly! Truly a wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to come back here someday!! The only minor thing would be the food and menus selections at the beach and pool..could be upgraded a little.

Fabulous location with stunning gardens overlooking overlooking the sea with wonderful employees! Loved walking in and getting an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Also loved the hotel arranging drivers to and from Naples. There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. It was perfection.
