Had a late check in from outta town. Only visited one night. Upon arrival I noticed there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Also there were no towels or toiletries in the room. Before I entered the room the room was open and unlocked not a very safe practice

The room was as clean as one would expect, my only gripe being the floors were so dusty that i had to put on shoes to walk around the room. staff is very helpful even at 1am when you lock yourself out of your room and need a new key. Very nice hotel very nice people. For it to be like an extended stay type of place it is actually quite quiet in the rooms. Biggest issue to be had here is the elevator not working. the hotel is in a VERY convenient area lots of food and shopping.

Everything was good

Front desk staff were kind First room was disgusting. Looked like the floors weren't even swept. Food and all sorts of junk under the fridge that was coming out. Dead roach on the floor in the bathroom. The elevator worked one of the three days. Extremely frustrating. The staff even said it happens every weekend. Completely unacceptable. If this place wasn't so new it would be a complete dump. Seems like management/ownership will run this place into thr ground in a few years and it'll be another long term slums.

Nice clean room with kitchen. I was disappointed that I was charged twice for the room and it will be a few days before that is corrected. Nice to have a kitchen, staff explained that this is not a hotel but usually a long-term stay option. If that is the case, take it off of hotels.com as an option for those of us needing a 1-2 night stay.

Towel rack off wall Lights in room not wired correctly

Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.

Nothing really pleased me about this visit. The check-in kiosk is great in theory, but didn't work correctly. The AC in the room also did not work correctly and the room was 65° by morning. The room was a very spacious kitchenette, but lacked a coffee maker and I had to get my morning coffee from a dispenser in the lobby. The entire floor of the room had some sort of mild stickiness to it, just enough so that you could hear your shoes peeling off of it as you walk across it. I had three interactions with staff that while not overtly negative, make me miss the days when "hospitality" and a "customer service" attitude were standard. The next time I visit my daughter, I'll probably pay more for a smaller room elsewhere, but it will be clean and comfortable, and have a coffee maker, and we will enjoy our stay.

Positives: Great location, friendly staff, clean and secure facility. Had to use room key to access the elevator. Minimal needs hotel! Very disappointed with the lack of access to travel needs including an iron, coffee and paper products in the lobby and room such as facial tissue, paper towels, and napkins. Had to use toilet paper to meet health and hygiene needs. This hotel caters to construction workers and long-term residents. This information should be made clear on the website.

I had to change rooms because the original room had a broken bed. I paid for a suite but had to pay for dishes.
