Not asking for much since we were only there for a few days, but if this goes across all Holiday Inns and we need to stay at one again, I'm sure guests would appreciate more options.

Very clean

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I had a problem with getting WiFi on my laptop. I was also looking for a Christian channel in my room and they didn't offer one.

The only issue we had was with the pool. One of the reasons we stayed at the property was to give our grand-kids a place to swim in the evenings, however the hot tub was being repaired and the pool water was too cold for little ones to swim in. Staff indicated the water temp was due to work being done on the Hot tub.

Sufficient room for a nights stay. I always forget this location is a bit loud due to its proximity to the highway. Ask for a room in the back.

I asked for a different room as soon as I checked in because my special needs son did not like the noise coming from the party that was happening by the lobby and the adults and children yelling all throughout the building, and the woman told me there were no other rooms. There were children screaming and people yelling until dawn. But the overall visit wasn’t terrible, was just disappointed about not being able to relax and my son not being comfortable. Clean room and hot breakfast are always a 10 out of 10

Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows comfy. Large counter in the bathroom is always nice and lots of places to put your suitcases/bags off the floor. The breakfast is the best ones I’ve seen for this level of hotel.

The room phone did not work. I went to front desk and was told most guests did not use phone. I do! Also therecwas some problems with TV channels. I n was told most guest didnt watch TV. I do. My son wanted to watch a program. I cant drive at night and was planning on watching TV.

I booked the hotel because of the indoor pool. When I got there no one said the pool was broken and it was not online that it was. And with the ice storm here in the area I didn't want to risk trying to find another hotel.

Good coffee If you offer bagels, you should consider providing cream cheese. Oatmeal was “not nice”. See above…also, Keirig (sp?) in room was broken.

A woman working the breakfast area was very helpful and kind. I saw her help a young boy who was maybe 5 with his breakfast then offered to wash out my own toddler’s cup for us when she noticed me looking for a restroom or sink.

We checked out the coffee and decided it did not meet our expectations so we thought the rest of the food would probably be less than excellent. Bug / earwig on bathroom floor. The sink had a slow drain. The mattress had some sagging. Morning staff could not smile at any of my morning pleasantries. Nothing wrong, just no enthusiasm.

When I booked it said the hotel was 14 and a half miles away from the event I was attending and all actuality it was 30 miles away. The hot tub was out of order that's the only reason why I booked that room for two nights was very disappointed that was not listed on the website.

My stay was great: the employees were caring and very professional, and the service was excellent overall.

We were in the end unit that faced a busy interstate highway so the traffic was audible during sleep hours. So for light sleepers an end room may not be recommended. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit & danish. The hotel clerk’s & housekeeping staff were all welcoming & friendly. It was overall a great experience.

Staff was friendly the room was clean, however, it appears that the carpet was very recently cleaned and whatever solvent was used was quite strong in the room! We considered moving, but we got used to it, and it was not a distraction.

Quiet. Very nice front desk folks. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good for the price as well, would have liked a better fruit and hot food options but we didn't starve. Will stay again for this excellent pricing option.

It was descent. Clean, comfortable beds. Only thing that could be improved, the keurig coffee machine in the room 405 did not work and I was surprised breakfast stopped being served at 9am instead of 10am.

Bed was comfortable. Some sort of gross places on wall in bathroom which is why I travel with wipes. Our room was right on the end by the road and was loud all night. Would stay again but only if we had a room on the back side.

Stay was good but we had a problem at breakfast Our online the breakfast was over at 10 we went down at 845 and nothing was on the hot foods. The person working stated that nothing hot would be out at this time. I will not stay here anymore

The entire hotel had one working ice machine on the third floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Be careful with the elevators. On the second floor, you can only choose to go down, even if you need to go up. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable, but the toilet ran constantly, and street noise was loud. It would have been blocked a bit by the noise of the AC, but the AC stopped a couple of times throughout the night. The breakfast was nice, and a good variety of foods was offered. The tables were nice and clean, and the food was flavorful. Breakfast time is 6 - 9 a.m. Overall, we were disappointed, as we had planned on relaxing evenings in the pool and hot tub. Some discount should have been provided for the misrepresentation of amenities offered, but we were told to contact hotels.com. Lesson learned. In the future, we will contact hotels directly about the availability of their pools prior to booking.

We went there just for the pool and hot tub. made a online order from Expedia because they said it had the hot tub. got there and the hot tub was out of order and was told the hot tub had been for over a year. the water in the pool water dirty and had a horrible smell of urine. 3 other couples came in with there kids and couldnt beleive it ither and wouldnt let there kids get in. Tv stoped working as well. we asked for refund and they told us to get it from Expedia. and they dont have away of doing a refund on same day. Waste of alot of money. manger did care at all

Great pool for the grandkids & breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. The heater was very loud making it hard to sleep. Room was spacious & clean, but beds were not as comfy as other Holiday Inns we've stayed at.

They had a good breakfast which was free and that is always convenient. The only thing I might say is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. I think the mattress may need to be replaced. But, other than that, it was what we needed for the night.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. We didn't like that our hallway smelled like marijuana when we arrived. And it was a little concerning that there was a 2" gap at the bottom of the main door, but I was able to cover it when we went to bed.

Staff was super sweet. A/C didn't keep the room as cool as I would like ut at night and unit was on 65. The room temperature was more like 75. I only stayed 1 night so was no big deal. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Didn’t like the view couldn’t let the shade up bc guests would be able to see inside our room. Room was dark because of this. Had to ask front to clean the room after the 3rd day. Air conditioning was receiving maintenance it was an inconvenience. Room could use upgrading.

We were visiting family in Smyrna, TN. The hotel is conveniently located to their home, restaurants, and shops, so getting around town was quick and easy. The staff members were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile and hello. The hotel is very clean and I enjoyed breakfast that is included with the stay. I liked that there are sidewalks that connect to the other hotels and a small neighborhood, so I could walk every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Lots of dining options very close to the hotel

Well, I stayed in a few holiday inn and they all have their good and bad. This hotel seem like it was renovated, the doors to my room almost had to be pry each time I went in or out, The paint was making the door stuck, I chose this hotel and cancel one I reserved because it didn’t have a pool, however this hotel advertised a pool and show pictures that had the pool in it and looked nice , however the pool during these 95/98 heat waves was condemned by the City due to the water system being out of order or no one available that knew how to maintain it, the water looked like lake water, I wood not bring my family there. The best part of this facility was the breakfast!! Well maintain, great variety of food items, clean , the gentleman maintaining the food was very professional, knowledgeable and took pride in his responsibilities. I give this gentleman the highest praise one can receive from the customers!!!

Chose this hotel because my daughter wanted to swim but the pool and the hot tub were both very cloudy and dirty looking to the point where I did not feel comfortable letting her swim. The employee at the desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was dirty as well, there were ‘hairs’ stuck to the shower walls and signs of mold on the shower ceiling. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom and no garbage can in the main area. Overall it wasn’t terrible but definitely did not meet our expectations, especially for the price and the rating. The pool chemical balance needs to be attended better and the general cleanliness needs improvement.

Everything was good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. Shout out to Ivan who was n charge of the breakfast buffet. He replenished everything up to the last minute.

This hotel was such a treat after two nights in a bad hotel in Kentucky. The bed was wonderful and the room was wonderful. We ended our trip in this hotel and it made it so worth it. The amenities were great and location to close to restaurants was amazing.

We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not accessible at all the three days we stayed due to maintenance. A big reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Looking at reviews it seems like that is a common complaint. Room was nice and clean but the air conditioning system was so loud every time it kicked on we were woken up. Of course May in Nashville is warm and sleeping without the AC on the room could get pretty warm. Saw two live bugs in the bathroom.
