    Hate to leave low reviews but also gotta keep it real. This hotel is looooong due for renovations and upgrades. It feels basic and looks old....Definitely not keeping up with the times/ all the newer hotels that are popping up. The furniture is old, the carpet is dark, old and ripping in some places. The bed skirts were not the rt size...dragging the floor, stain on the duvet, water pressure in the shower meh. The TV was nice size but limited channels and did not offer "smart" options to hook to apps. Not sure if it was my charger or the outlets but charging phones and devices were a struggle. The positive- the staff were friendly/good customer service. Location near shopping with several food options. The bed/mattress was loud but we slept well. Bottom line, I would not stay there again. Especially when there are options.

    Great location—in my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better one—with excellent dining options nearby and close to the airport and Nashville I’ve stayed at this hotel many times—admittedly on business—practically since it first opened, and I’ve always been satisfied, which is why I chose it for a special anniversary trip with my partner. However, the condition of the rooms I found there really saddened me; it looks as though they’ve stopped investing in it and it might soon close down. I was very sorry to see this, because I’ve always been happy to return

    Six of the outlet plugs in the room did not work.Also , when I wanted to watch television , I had to call downstairs to get the men at the front desk to come up and program it. That was very awkward since I woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to watch television. In addition, it was extremely noisy at 6:30 in the morning.Doors were slamming , people were yelling in the hallway , and it was very, very disturbing. I had driven 12 hours the day before and was looking forward to a great rest.And I did not get one. I am a Hilton member and always stay in Hilton properties when I travel, and I do so very frequently , but at this particular Hsmpton , I will never stay again. I hope this isn't the level of comfort that's offered at Hampton Inns nowadays.

    Most of the stay was fine. Had a little mishap getting charged for both rooms for both nights. My guests in the other room checked out but the front desk did not register this and by the time I found out it was after their allotted time. Outside of this the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. I would recommend making sure you have confirmation of your checkout even if it is not you doing it or they will charge you and there is nothing you can do about it.

    Staff at the front desk are amazing. Sooo friendly and actually remember us and we only visit 2 times a year. Everything was fine! Room was clean, spacious and they even send you a text to see how everything is going. Also, the front desk offers you water, soda and cookies.

    Place was clean, good location. The bed in room 321 was very worn out. During my 3 night stay, I slept very little due to the age and condition of that bed. Not very restful at all. I am also disappointed at the "6AM Breakfast" that they offer. I was there each morning at 6 AM because I had to work early, and each of the 3 days, the breakfast was incomplete. Zero fruit on 2 out of 3 days, no waffle station ready to use on any of my 3 visits, no muffins or pastries on 2 out of the 3 days, and the biscuit/gravy option was only ready once. If you are going to offer breakfast, make sure it's ready when advertised, not partially ready. Its not like Hampton Inn accepts partial payments for its rooms. This was the worst Hampton Inn visit I have experienced in many years. A word of advice: if your breakfast server is struggling to get everything ready, have the front desk clerk help her out with teamwork. It seemed to me like the front desk lady was sleeping in the back office on the day when I checked out. She literally walked out rubbing her eyes and yawning, but only after the gentleman out of uniform walked around the corner to wake her up so I could get my receipt.

    I only stay at Hampton hotels, and the Hampton at this location was one of the worst I’ve ever been in! The only thing that was good about it was the gentleman who checked me in… Other than that, it was strictly downhill. First the air conditioner, wooden quit squealing, the temperature got up to 73 finally made it down to 71 and never got cooler hovering at 72 even though the thermostat was set at 66. I have asthma so that was unacceptable in my room! The outlets in the nightstand in the USB and the nightstand did not work! The wall plug near the window sparked! The girl at the front desk the following morning, when I checked out the young blonde, literally brushed off my complaint as though oh OK we’ll have somebody look at it… As though it was a passing thought! I’m floored, and in all honesty, considering the conditions of that room, and how bad of a night I had due to all of these things that should never have been rented to customer with them in the shape… I will never be staying in that area at that location ever and I am back-and-forth to Florida constantly!! Someone should actually call the building inspector and have them check out those rooms cause they can’t be the only one that has that kind of an issue!!!

    Most areas were clean Room curtains were torn and hole in cabinet by the in room fridge. Breakfast area was not clean- tables not cleaned off after people were done eating- did not appear to have anyone working in breakfast area. Saturday morning there was a large crowd and most all breakfast items were gone at 9:00 and they were supposed to serve until 10:00. Appears to have some management issues and maintenance issues.

    All staff members were kind and helpful. The breakfast was OK, they had hot options but not a large variety of cold options. 2 kinds of cereal to choose from would have been nice. The main areas were well kept and clean. The rooms were spacious but not as clean as I'd prefer. When we arrived Our room was only 58° and took several hours to warm up. Our TV didn't work - we couldn't get a single channel in and the toilet stopped flushing the morning we left. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Maybe we got a dud of a room but it was enough that I'd choose a different location if I were in the area again.

    It was as expected. The the breakfast was decent the last morning we were there. Things were not warm through, but it’s expected for a hotel free breakfast. The pool wasn’t as clean as I would like it but serviceable we did a handicap room and it was spacious enough for us and two babies when we arrived at the hotel, had a broken ice machine and had a bag of ice in the back if we need some after that, they made us shop to the hotel next-door to their ice machines that partner hotel, so that was an issue. It was a holiday weekend but they should have had it fixed or a better solution.

    This property had everything we needed. The toilet tank chain was getting stuck so the tank would not fill, but that was an easy fix. There was water in the lobby and they had fans running to dry it out. Also, not sure what was going on but when we returned from getting dinner there was a large police presence in the area and two officers in the lobby. I definitely felt safe!

    This property was not at the standard I expect based on other experiences with Hampton. The overall property needs maintenance and upkeep: holes in curtains, carpet stained, shower drain clogged, grass overgrown, etc. Everything else was just eh- avg.

    It was just okay. Clean for the most part. Crumbs were under the ottoman from previous guests. Electrical socket in bathroom didn’t work. The staff was very friendly. I reported it and they said they would get right on it. The beds were clean but VERY soft. The free continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel at this level. HOTELS.com needs to list extra fees, such as for pets. It’s on the hotel website but not here. $75 per pet! Finally, if you’re going to advertise your hotel as pet friendly, please keep your grass mowed. It was extremely long all around the building and made it difficult to walk a small dog.

    We had a great stay! Last-minute booking but everything went well. The nice front desk lady gave me a room away from the elevator and people and she did just that. We were able to get good sleep because of her. We would stay here again.

    Literally had a wet carpet from a noticble leak in the ceiling. Breakfast ended at 10:00 am, I got there at 9:00 and there was basically nothing left and looked like a tornado hit the food area! Made my concerns aware at the front desk to no avail.

    The staff was great but the hotel wasn't as clean as it should be. The front desk acknowledged my concerns but did nothing. Hampton Inn customer service was no better. The carpet was stained and sticky and it had a smell. Disappointed

    Our room was not very clean, main desk had food on it. The bathroom door had soda or something on it and very dusty on the bottom of the door. Same with the two pull tables in the bathroom. Not sure if paint on the bottom skirt of both beds. The lamp had food or ? On it that could have been cleaned off.

    Our room was great. Shower floor needs a little repair, but otherwise it was in good condition. The breakfast was very good. We didn't have any hot water, but they were treating it as the emergency it was, and I'm sure it was fixed soon. Don't believe the clerk who says she can get a better rate than Expedia!

    Clean and quiet. Very nice rooms, step in shower instead of a bath tub was great. Lots of counter space in the bathroom, bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Staff was courteous and efficient. Will definitely stay there again.

    Not a bad property at all. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint: I was very surprised when they charged me $5 for a bottle of diet coke and $4 for a microwave bag of popcorn. Then, the microwave was too small to actually pop the bag. Over half of it remained unpoppped.

    Asked for adjoining rooms. No adjoining rooms. Asked for 2 double queen rooms. One room had 1 queen and a sofa bed. Had to change rooms. Ended up with 1 room on first floor and 1 room on 3rd floor. Not convenient with 4 kids. Not happy.

    The service was very good, and it's clean. However, I am disappointed in Hamptons lately. This one is a bit tired, with paper thin sheets, ridiculously tiny pillows, and outlets that need replaced.

    Property was nice, the rooms are big and the pool was warm. The room and bathroom (especially) could’ve been clean a bit better. We also found what looked like mold behind the bed. We also learned how thin the walls were after the people next door fought for an hour!

    Nice and friendly staff. Nice hotel. Pool was clean but the chlorine was wayyyyyy to much. Workout room was clean but air didn’t work so it was HOTTTT! breakfast was good. Beds were very comfy. Clean but dust in places that don’t get cleaned often and the walls in the bathroom could use a really good wipe down they were kinda gross. Everything was updated and nice. Lots of outlets and usb to plug everything up. Parking lot was well lit and safe. Great exit with lots to do and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Great deal for the money.

    The next day, Lynnetta and manager, Julia, we’re working. I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of these two. I spoke with them a bit and it was clear Julia is focused on building a strong team and doing the right thing for the hotel and training great customer service! Hotel is extremely clean. Totally recommend staying, and will stay again.

    I was very impressed with Hampton and my stay there, from the friendly and helpful staff to the nicely put together and very clean room. The pool is a great addition as well! I will definitely be staying here when I am back in town! Highly recommended!!

    I booked on Expedia and got to the hotel. The staff said they didn’t know why Expedia allowed me to book because they were completely full. I had been driving for 12 hours and now had to play “find a hotel” game. Expedia still charged me and now I’m fighting to get my $ back. Not impressed with Expedia. No idea on the hotel
