I love the tranquility and the access to the pool. I really appreciated the proximity to laundry across the street as well as an M Mart and next-door is also a store. Above all the staff is absolutely amazing. I was able to get a ride to the airport at 5 AM in the morning which I greatly appreciate and will also use that service in the future. I enjoyed Nyepi this trip and it was such a peaceful and surreal experience. I truly feel like family here and leave more whole than I arrived. Would recommend to everyone as I witnessed families come and go. I’ve already told my family and friends to definitely stay here their first visit to Bali. This will not be my last stay at this location. I have stayed there by myself and brought my best friend this trip. N/a

Everything! the room was clean and big, they cleaned it daily, the location is kind of great too if you rented a bike everything is within 10 mins radius, the staff are super sweet and friendly. Nothing

The location of Villa Chandra in Seminyak is quite convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The caretaker was polite and did their best to communicate using Google Translate since they didn’t speak English. Their effort was appreciated. We were very disappointed with the room we were given—it was completely different from the one shown on Booking.com. When I pointed it out, the caretaker first claimed all rooms were booked. Later, they admitted they were instructed by the owner to say that, even though the villa was mostly empty. They showed us other rooms to convince us to stay, but none matched the booking photos. When we contacted the owner, she didn’t apologise and simply said we didn’t have to stay if we weren’t happy—though politely. Since the cancellation window had passed, I was worried they might charge us anyway, so we reluctantly stayed. The toilet was in terrible condition—no tissue, soap, or shower gel—and the room was full of mosquitoes. We had to call the manager late at night to fix it. He also insisted on cash payment, which I refused. He then said card payments would incur a 2% fee. I still chose Apple Pay, as I no longer trusted them. Overall, a very bad experience—never faced anything like this in Bali. Be cautious and avoid this place.

Nice place with a good location, good pool, and great staff ! The room was ok but it was really hot and the aeration was not sufficient (small windows), and the AC was barely enough.

Pool Don’t believe by seeing the pictures, in reality it’s the old building with old furniture, walls. Washrooms are dirty and the rooms are old. Only good part is the pool except that our experience was quite disappointing!! This is almost a scam by posting good pictures and in reality you go into a dirty looking room! Staff was okay

Amazing location, staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. Nice pool area and there is communal fridge and small kitchen in each building. The buildings towards the back are much quieter away from the road. Some rooms have balconies and some don’t so it’s worth requesting beforehand if you would like one so you don’t have to be moving around (which I did but they were very accommodating in helping me)! Each room is air conditioned and big comfortable bed. There is also laundry service and mini mart right opposite if you need to stock up on anything in a hurry. Very good value for money in my opinion!

The best part about this location was the staff and the proximity to the beach? There is also a convenience store across the street as well as laundry.

Location and staff was very nice and helpful, comfortable bed. Run down, old bathroom not so clean, poor lighting.

The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. They were always around if we had any questions.

Over the propert was good and staff was friendly. Location of property was awsome and 3-4km from finns club. Overall enjoyed the stay They sholud provide shower gel, tothpaste. Lights are very dim in rooms.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming and available. Good location, lots of food places around. No insects in the room, aircon was really good. Bed broke and made lots of noise with any movement. Shower was cold.

The room was not like in the pictures, the bathroom was very old, with very dirty shower curtains, a very bad smell and the tap was broken and very old aswell, I ask them to change my room and they told me that was the only one available
