The only thing was the shower. The bathtub in room s5 is very old and in bad shape, they left this out of the pictures. There's hot water which is very nice but the bathtub need to be replaced.

It is clean and quite My money was stolen by one of the staff l went to the wash room and when l come back they have stolen my money in my wallet

The Wi-Fi was really slow—I’m not sure if it was just me or the whole hotel—but it was definitely noticeable when trying to connect. Also, I wish there were lights for each bunk bed, but it’s not a huge issue for the price.

They are open 24/7, I arrived at 3am and they still have staff to accomodate. It is a quite place and beside the road. It was a beautiful and peaceful place. None

Thank you to all the staff they were so friendly & helpfull.The room was amazing & not overpriced.The garden & pool was always kept beautiful.Unfortunally I had to leave early and that still wasn't a problem.I said I don't mind paying a cancellation fee,and that was still no problem,they gave me a full refund.If I'm in the area again,I will definitely stay with them again.100% I'd fully recommend travelers to stay at Villa Bunga Hotel at Seminyak.Thanks again to all the staff and owner. Nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful place! I loved it and I will come back for sure. The staff is very kind. I was travelling by myself and felt like being home. Netflix in the room and very comfortable bed. I stayed in a standard room. It is very quiet and as you leave the hotel you find everything in walking distance. Highly recommend ❤️ ----

Clean and nice room. Very nice bathroom, but a little bit low water pressure from the shower. Nice room service every day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room style was good, the little oasis in the middle of the hotel was well presented. The dorm room toilet had no sink, the double deluxe room was infested with ants, no hot water, the drains smelled really bad and there was no privacy at all while using the toilet. The pool hadn’t been cleaned a long time with tiles missing at the bottom.

I LOVED staying here. This was our second stay. The location is walking distance to so many fantastic places. It’s super quiet at night. The beds are really comfortable, shower pressure is fantastic! The rooms have Netflix and YouTube much to my 8 years old delight. The staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Such a great place to stay

The location was not bad, there were a range of restaurants, cafes and warungs within short walking distance, but the road out the front was slightly difficult to cross. Not too difficult, but you did have to concentrate to get across. There were fancy restaurants around which are nice to experience, but I found that they are usually a waste of money. I missed the local feel of nice little warungs with delicious Indonesian food, but there was a warung down an alley nearby that was really good. I think it was called 'Oasis Garden', and there was a lady straight across the road who also sold local food that was nice. The Buka cafe across the road had nice coffee and a delicious breakfast menu, but also at western prices. Nearby is also Pison cafe, Kynd, and a doughnut specialty cafe. A nice range of foods around, but a dirty, busy road that you have to walk along to get there. I didn't like that the room window faced a building, but also that because of mosquito's we couldn't open the window to get any fresh air. The room advertised shows a leafy window view instead of the reality of a wall view. With the busy road nearby there probably wouldn't be much fresh air, but without a fan in the room we had to keep the air-con on-and-off to be comfortable. The staff were nice, but they didn't speak English and so it was hard to get help. They couldn't book me a Bluebird from reception because they didn't have a phone and could not understand what I was saying. Instead I downloaded the 'My Bluebird app' which was good. The surrounding main street is dirty compared with Jalan Arjuna and Legian area where we stayed prior to this hotel. The room was small, the bathroom was old, and it just didn't have the vibe of being cared for very much. Not a bad hotel at all, but I just didn't like it there. I moved out 3 days early to go and try a different hotel, and i won't stay at Villa Bunga again.
