We are a family with 2 kids (5 years old and 8 months old) From When we arrived until checked out everything were wonderful. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day with new fresh towels for our entire 6 nights stay. We got the big room, so specious. The bed is comfortable. Baby cot is available, they even provided it for free for our 8 months old baby. We like the location, everything is closed by.

I stood here a few times and I'll be back. Lovely staff, great location and comfy beds. Room 205 is near a water tower that occasionally makes a whistling sound. Water from the jet shower smelly.

Staff was great. Super friendly and felt like I knew them for years. Parking for scooter under cover was a bonus Wish they had a small gym and the property was closer to the beach

Liked the location, bed was comfortable and aircon was fabulous. Staff were friendly except one lady. I asked to have breakfast in bed and was told that was not possible, which was disappointing. Also didn’t like the shower had mold.

It was a last minute booking of Visala Boutique Hotel - and I am glad I did. The room was very spacious, accessible to netflix/youtube. The staff did placed bottles of water+ toilet paper outside my room since I requested for DND. There's no lift in the hotel - just a note for travellers with elderlies/many luggages

Spacious, clean room & bed. The hotel is not new but neat and organized well. However, they provide very basic toiletries only, no toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bunds etc.

Lovely staff. Pool location and privacy made it relaxing to be there. Good restaurant. Issues in room with toilet not flushing and air conditioner leaking were resolved quickly. A couple of issues with room: toilet wouldn’t flush on one occasion and air conditioner leaked, but they were fixed by maintenance.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Nice large modern bathroom with toiletries frequently topped up. Pool was accessible and relatively easy to find. The view from the dining area on the top floor had an amazing view of the local area. The internet dropped out several times while trying to watch Netflix but otherwise was quite reliable.
