The staff are so friendly and supportive. I had low pressure shower and not hot water . They got it fixed within 15 minutes . Location is far from beach

It was near quiet a few restaurants so all within walking distance including laundromat and massage parlours. Kid's loved the swimming pool up the rooftop. It also has a bar at the top. Bed was super comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs, the food wasn't that great but its super cheap. The place needs abit of cleaning as there were ants crawling on the seats. When showering the water draining ends up becoming a puddle so your using your foot to swipe up and down to drain the water. Booked 2rooms for 5ppl, 2 in 1 and the other 3 in 1. They only provided 2towels for 2ppl in each room so had to keep.asking for another spare towel.

Quiet room. Room is well equipped. Good layout. Huge comfortable bed. A/c works well. Musty air throughout the hotel. Even the a/c in the room can’t really remove it. Car park under the building musty AND dusty. Drainage in the shower recess is poor but I have a feeling that this is common in this part of the world. Staff are friendly but lacking in administrative skills. A/c should have been on in our room when we arrived. Very hot and muggy outside.

Clean, friendly staff Room smells mouldy. I don’t think it’s actually mould but their cleaning detergent when housekeeping cleans which makes the room smelly.

Location is prime Mix up over check in. After several messages extended with the property regarding the room payment which was going to be borne by me with the credit card provided, my daughter was charged directly and had to pay the total amount as she checked in first. This was very inconvenient, especially after the numerous messages exchanged with the property prior to my late arrival. I was then upgraded to a suite which was a nice touch, however the room is extremely noisy with no sound proof. The room faces the Main Street and noise was constant with cars, people talking, screaming etc. I ended up sleeping a couple of hours per night. I would suggest some sound proof isolation to be considered. Also due to heavy rains, leaks were all over the flooring of the corridors. Went down for a morning coffee in the restaurant on my first morning, only to find out the coffee machine was broken and no choice of coffee was possible. I skipped breakfast due to the poor selection and quality of the items proposed.
